"Kyoto."
Luo Qiushui slowly read out the two words.
Is this Heian-kyo?
When she spoke those three words, a glint of light flashed in her eyes, containing a wealth of complex emotions.
There is attachment, reverence, and helplessness.
"Yes, this is the place."
Qiu Haitang grabbed her hand and moved her palm to that small piece of land on the map.
Through the map, Luo Qiushui seemed to feel the temperature emanating from there, and the sound of a beating heart.
Qiu Haitang raised her head, took her gradually warming hands in her own, and said with a smile, "Not just you, I also want to set foot on that land and see life there for myself."
Luo Qiushui stared at that spot, and figures flashed before her eyes. In the end, they became a mark, remaining in her heart.
Where could they be?
Her bewildered yet childlike question warmed Qiu Haitang's heart. He looked at the land and nodded.
"Perhaps."
The plane traced an arc in the air, crossed the vast East China Sea, and finally landed on the continent in the middle of the sea.
Japan.
"Welcome everyone to Japan, welcome everyone to Kyoto~"
A woman dressed in a simple kimono greeted them at the airport, her gentle greetings reaching the ears of every arriving traveler.
Luo Qiushui looked her over. The Japanese woman's voice entered the bracelet, was translated into a language she was familiar with, and rang in her ear.
"Hello."
She replied politely.
With two beeps, she knew her voice had entered the woman's ears in another form.
