Suddenly, Lin Xia stopped in her tracks and looked up at the sky. After a while, two helicopters flew in from a distance, and the rumbling sound made Lin Xia's face turn ugly.
"Look, is it here to rescue us? Hey, we're here! Hey—"
"What are you yelling for! Trying to attract zombies?"
"Are you stupid? Who can two helicopters save? Maybe a few big shots."
"This helicopter is so loud, could it be...?"
Lin Xia then heard the sound of hurried footsteps. She looked around and saw that the terrain was not good. To the left was a field and in the distance was a village. The zombies in the village were attracted by the helicopter and started roaring.
Right next to the village, Lin Xia could already see zombies rushing towards them—not just one, but a whole horde! They were moving much faster than yesterday, and Lin Xia felt a chill run down her spine when she saw the swarm of zombies.
Going back might be safer, but that would mean going back to the other side, where she could already see the zombies on both sides.
Without hesitation, she turned around and ran back. Seeing Lin Xia's actions, the people around her looked at each other in surprise, while others simply followed suit.
Why doesn't she run forward?
"Are you stupid? The zombies are following the sound! Run!"
People suddenly turned around and ran back, and those behind them, not understanding why, still followed suit.

Most of the survivors are players, each possessing at least one item. Helicopters are circling overhead, attracting even more zombies.

There were many backups, but Lin Xia didn't have time to look at them carefully. She exchanged for another [Basic Protective Shield], and after using it, she exchanged for the [Wind Element Card] and [Wood Element Card] that she had just seen.
Lin Xia was furious. The helicopter above was still roaring when a fire dragon roared towards it. The people on the helicopter were startled and hurriedly tried to dodge, but the fire dragon was drawn by Lin Xia's mental power and kept chasing after it.
Xie Cheng stood beside Lin Xia, shielding her from the approaching zombies. Lin Xia glanced at him and focused on controlling the fire dragon.
'Bang!' The helicopter was hit and crashed to the ground. The huge explosion attracted the surrounding zombies, relieving some of the pressure on Lin Xia and the others.
Everyone was astonished, their eyes burning with anticipation as they looked at Lin Xia, their hands moving tirelessly, hoping that someone could truly save them.
A fire dragon roared out, circled them once, clearing a large open space. The zombies behind it were engulfed in flames. A gust of wind swept outwards, and the fire, fueled by the wind, instantly ignited a large number of zombies. The zombies were packed together, making the fire even more intense.
But the thick smoke and pungent stench made it difficult for people to open their eyes.
Seeing this, the person with the [Water-type Ability Card] splashed water all over everyone. Lin Xia's shield didn't last long, and she needed to find a safe place.
She unleashed a fire dragon towards the village, and the people followed her, charging in that direction. People were captured every now and then, and the ranks were repeatedly broken apart. Finally, the remaining people stopped crying and cursing, and learned how to cooperate and keep the surrounding area tightly sealed so that they could begin to move smoothly.
Seeing that they weren't far away, Lin Xia drew out the energy of an entire card, and a thick fire dragon rushed out, instantly clearing a path. There was a sizable hill over there; climbing it should be easier than it was now.

After everyone climbed to the top of the earthen hill, several people were injured or killed in the struggle, and everyone collapsed on the ground, panting heavily.
After resting for a while and her headache subsided, Lin Xia looked at the backup.
