He looked into her eyes and said in a low voice:

Su Wanwan had no idea how long he had been waiting.
It's not like he's a first-time groom.

Su Wanwan gasped.
His words and his tone sent chills down her spine and made her heart tremble.
It felt like falling into a bottomless abyss.

As dawn broke, it was the quietest time of day.
The man, just awakened, was like a newborn baby, shedding his lofty status and his gentle, composed facade, as he gently nibbled at her ear with his lips.

"Wanwan, you are mine, you belong to me alone, and no one can take you away."
Like a child hogging their favorite toy, asserting their sovereignty.
The man held her tightly in his arms, buried his face in the crook of her neck, and took deep breaths.
He had always loved and been fascinated by the fragrance she wore.

Su Wanwan sat at the dining table, looking somewhat listless.
Her slender fingers holding the chopsticks trembled slightly, unable to muster any strength.
Like a toy that has been played with until it's broken.
Lu Xingjian sat down beside her, lazily and leisurely bringing the porridge to her lips, lowering his voice:
"There's no one else here, I'll feed you."
Su Wanwan's face turned bright red with embarrassment.
I quickly banished the image of his reckless behavior from my mind.
