She was unaware of these events.
There was a large open space in front of the inn, and not far away was an official road. However, at this time, the night was deep and the official road was dark and there were no pedestrians.
Lu Xingjian's dark robes almost blended into the night.
Su Wanwan pushed her wheelchair to him and spoke with difficulty, "Why are you here?"

Instead, he got entangled with a guard who had no status or position.
Even at this point, you're still arguing with him.
He ignored her and simply nodded into the darkness.
The Imperial Guards stationed at the inn quickly and methodically withdrew, then closed the inn's doors and surrounded the inn from a distance.
Su Wanwan instinctively sensed something was wrong and loudly questioned, "What are you trying to do?"
Bang!
A loud bang!
The western half of the inn was reduced to ruins, with flames and thick smoke rising everywhere.
The eastern half was also swaying and looked like it was about to collapse.
Su Wanwan was so frightened that she instinctively curled up into a ball, but she was still covered in flying sand and stones.
My ears suddenly started ringing, and I experienced temporary hearing loss.
Lu Xingjian grabbed her hand and whispered in her ear:
"How powerful are the cannons of the Divine Machine Battalion?"
Even though he was right in front of her, his voice sounded as if he were from a great distance away, muffled and indistinct.
Su Wanwan's blood froze instantly.
"There are still people in the inn!"
"You're going to kill them?!"

"My people, what right do you have to tell them what to do?! There are other people besides them!" Su Wanwan roared angrily.
She tried to stand up from her wheelchair, but he pressed her back down. "Don't you want your legs anymore?"
His lesson was to bombard them with cannons!
They treat human life as worthless.
He's too ruthless!
Lu Xingjian's thin lips curled into a cold and cruel smile as he pinched her face with his long fingers, making her look in the direction of the inn.
"Do you still want to elope?" he asked in her ear.
The place was already ablaze with flames.
Half of the three-story brick building collapsed, thick smoke billowed out, and screams and cries could be heard from the other half.
"Lu Xingjian, there are still servants and maids there, they are all ordinary people, how can you kill innocent people indiscriminately?!"
Su Wanwan was furious. She glared at him fiercely, tears streaming down her face.
Why did it have to come to this?!
Why would it come to that?!
Lu Xingjian squatted down, his face very close to hers, veins bulging on his face, jawline taut, his blood-red eyes meeting hers.
"If something happens to you, it won't just be a small number of people who die."
"Do you understand?"
His face was so serious it was almost ferocious.
"You're a madman!"
Su Wanwan was terrified by his expression: "Please save them! I beg you!"
Seeing that she was truly frightened, Lu Xingjian's expression softened slightly, and he raised his hand to make a gesture.
The Imperial Guards surrounding the inn immediately sprang into action, preparing to approach the inn.
Just then, a window on the second floor of the east side of the inn was kicked open, and something rolled out of the window.
The Imperial Guards stepped forward to investigate and found two people wrapped in a blanket.
One of them was Su Wanwan's bodyguard, and he was supporting an old man who was terrified and at a loss for what to do; the old man was a cook in the kitchen.
Immediately afterwards, people jumped down from other windows, and flames were already emerging from some of them.
Su Wanwan ignored Lu Xingjian and pushed her wheelchair closer to the inn.
More and more people escaped from the inn, amidst cries and screams.
Su Wanwan checked and found that her guards had all escaped through the windows with the elderly, women and children.
One of the guards counted the number of people and reported to Su Wanwan:
"There are 37 guests and servants in the inn, and 34 of them have already come out."
