"Gurgle... gurgle"
A muffled suffocating sound came from Ocho's throat, his eyes wide with rage.
Her fingers dug hard into the python's fluids, but she couldn't grasp anything solid.
"You...will not...die a good...death."
The river suddenly tightened, and Ouqiu's bones made a teeth-grinding "clunking" sound as the last bit of air was forced out of his lungs.
Suddenly, a whirlpool arose on the Huanglong River, like a gaping maw of an abyss, completely swallowing Aoqiu.
The splashing water gradually subsided, the river returned to calm, with only a few strings of bubbles rising to the surface, only to burst silently.
Raindrops fell continuously on the Huanglong River, splashing up fine ripples.
Bai Ruyu slowly exhaled, her face slightly pale.
She looked down at her empty hands—the Spirit Serpent Soft Sword was shattered, and her body was injured; the price of this victory was considerable.
Seeing that the battle was over, Li Yu slowly rode Little Black over.
Suddenly, the sky changed color.
The river was calm, yet waves rose as a massive, winding creature swam rapidly upstream.
"Still alive?"
Sensing the unusual movement underwater, Bai Ruyu was startled and quickly pulled down the hem of her skirt to wrap her trembling arms.
Just as she was about to leave, she felt dizzy and staggered back a few steps.
The Huanglong River beneath our feet suddenly began to boil violently, its waters churning wildly.
Wherever the dark shadow passed underwater, the river water strangely shimmered with golden light, as if countless golden stars were flowing among the waves.
The layers upon layers of waves condensed into enormous dragon scales, rolling and converging towards the dark shadow, creating a truly spectacular scene.
The dark shadows in the river gradually became clearer, and the dragon vein took shape!

A deafening dragon's roar suddenly erupted from the Huanglong River, causing the water to churn instantly, and a powerful force rose from the riverbed.

Bai Ruyu stared in shock as the river water coalesced into a dragon; she could hardly believe such a spectacle existed in the world.
Under the majestic gaze of the water dragon, Bai Ruyu could vaguely sense that she had gained the water dragon's approval.
Li Yu also knew that Bai Ruyu had been chosen by the dragon vein.
This was the first time he had seen someone else inherit the dragon vein, besides himself.
The energy at the bottom of the river was constantly gathering, and Bai Ruyu's body was suddenly enveloped by a warm power. A white dragon horn flashed on her forehead, which was the dragon vein of the Yellow Dragon River responding to her.
"Whoosh!"
Countless golden rays from the river pierced Bai Ruyu's body like sharp swords, rapidly repairing her injuries.

A deafening roar, as if the sky had collapsed and the earth had split open.
The powerful earthquake seemed to have opened something up; a vortex quickly formed in the center of the Dragon River, like an entrance.
A dragon's lair has appeared.
Sensing the familiar water elemental energy emanating from the dragon's lair, Bai Ruyu felt a strange sense of familiarity, as if this vortex had some intricate connection to her.
Bai Ruyu glanced back at Li Yu on the shore, took a deep breath, and slowly walked into the swirling water.
The rain falls softly.
Li Yu stood on horseback by the Huanglong River, marveling at the extraordinary natural phenomena before him.
Even though I've seen it once, it's still so breathtaking.
