The words were spoken.
Mu Chenshuang suddenly recalled what she had just said: if looks could kill, she would kill this bastard a thousand times over.
"I don't have the energy to fight you, and I don't like sleeping on my back," Mu Chenshuang said angrily.
His sharp reflexes left her no chance to retaliate. She couldn't beat him in terms of brute force, and now he could just laugh off any insults she might have. Truly, shamelessness knows no bounds.
Fu Junheng hesitated for a moment, then simply released her pressure points.
Mu Chenshuang's tense body relaxed, and all her nerves were released.
Take a break.
Mu Chenshuang glared fiercely at the man beside her, pulled the blanket over herself, turned her back to him, leaned her body further into the bed, and distanced herself from him.
Fu Junheng watched the woman's little movements and couldn't help but smile. He leaned forward and hugged the woman in his arms through the blanket.
Mu Chenshuang tensed up and turned around abruptly. Her lips almost touched the man's thin lips. They were so close that if she opened her mouth to speak, they might kiss each other directly. So she could only stare at him with her eyes open.
"Go to sleep, I won't touch you. If you move around, I won't mind covering you with a blanket." A blatant threat.
Mu Chenshuang was too lazy to respond to him anymore. She turned around, pulled the blanket over her head, and completely wrapped herself in it.
Fu Junheng didn't touch her again.
The next day.
Hearing voices inside the room, Mu Chenshuang suddenly opened her eyes and became instantly conscious. She slowly sat up. The man was no longer on the bed. Her hands instinctively braced themselves against the side, but she could still feel the lingering warmth on it.
At this moment.
The sound of steady footsteps approached, and Mu Chenshuang looked up. Through the curtains, she could vaguely see the man's figure; he hadn't left yet.
Fu Junheng raised his hand and lifted the curtain, his gaze falling on the woman. Her clothes, having slept all night, hung loosely on her shoulders, the alluring cleavage barely concealed, stimulating his eyes. His body began to heat up, and his gaze grew increasingly deep.
Mu Chenshuang immediately noticed the man's naked, burning gaze. She lowered her eyes, startled, and quickly covered herself with the blanket, glaring at the man, "Aren't you leaving yet?"
Fu Junheng sat on the edge of the bed, looked at her, and said, "I'll leave after you've had breakfast."
After saying that,
Mu Chenshuang was taken aback and asked, "What time is it?"
"Mao Shi (5-7 AM)!"
Mu Chenshuang looked outside and saw that the sky was not fully bright yet. Linglong had not come to wake her. He was making her have breakfast so early. He was really a crazy man.
"If you don't get up, I don't mind picking you up and doing something to make me happy."
Mu Chenshuang's eyes darkened as she stared at him. "So your happiness is built on my suffering."
Fu Junheng placed his palms on the bed and suddenly leaned forward.
The man's sudden presence filled her nostrils, and Mu Chenshuang stared wide-eyed at the handsome face that had suddenly loomed large before her. She braced herself against the blanket behind her, her body instinctively arching backward.
All that could be heard was the man's low, slow voice saying, "It's not based on your suffering. I also want to make you happy. Smile at me."
As Fu Junheng spoke, he gently stroked the woman's hair with his fingers, his gaze so tender that it was easy to become captivated and unable to extricate oneself.
This moment.
Mu Chenshuang's mind went blank for a moment. She felt her heart beating unusually fast, as if it was about to jump out of her chest.
Before she could even react, Fu Junheng had already stood up and turned his back to her.
"I'm waiting for you."
After the man finished speaking, he started walking away.
Mu Chenshuang stared blankly at his departing figure. His silver hair swayed gently with his movements. He had broad shoulders, a slender waist, and a tall, imposing figure, exuding an innate noble aura.
She stared at him until his figure gradually disappeared from her sight, and only then did her panicked heart begin to calm down.
