Chapter 1529 Boss, pretend to be sick

Chapter 1529 Boss, pretend to be sick

Orange Gardens is bustling with activity right now – it's become a 'gear exhibition' for the Dutch riot police!

The equipment of the Dutch riot police can be described as "armed to the teeth" and is much more powerful than that of the French Mobile Gendarmerie!

What kind of vehicle was that French Mobile Gendarmerie vehicle that Xiao Peng drove back? It was a Panhard VBL wheeled armored vehicle, nicknamed the "French Hummer," and its defining features were "three mores": three forward gears; three doors; three hatches; three layers of front armor; a weight of three tons; three forward gears; and a price tag of over thirty francs... Besides the four wheels, everything about this vehicle had to do with the number three.

What kind of vehicles do the Dutch riot police use? A tracked armored vehicle modified from the YPR765 tracked armored vehicle! There's also a metal platform on the back of the vehicle, mounted with a FAN MAG heavy machine gun, allowing riot police to stand and fire directly!

There are now four of these things parked at the entrance of Orange Garden, as well as two water cannon trucks: the Dutch side is now treating what is happening here as a "riot."

In fact, their handling of the matter was correct: hundreds of people rushed into Orange Garden to loot supplies, and they were carrying weapons (daggers used to puncture tires). This is a serious crime no matter how you look at it!

Reporters rushed to report on the incident, and Kassin tearfully denounced the Delft residents' brutality in front of the media: "Our boss, as 'the Dutch people's best friend,' helped them recover the sunken Barents Fleet, brought pandas to the people of southern Holland, and was made a Viscount by King William! You all know that our boss was vacationing with friends on his ship, the Luna, when he heard about the flooding in Delft, leaving his friends behind and rushing back to Delft to help with the relief efforts! This trip was a relentless one—first to the Faroe Islands, then chartering a flight to France, and then driving back from France. The entire journey was truly arduous, from saving lives in the Faroe Islands to uncovering a healthcare scandal in Paris."

And what happened to our boss after he returned to Delft? He ignored even his own flooding and threw himself into supporting the disaster area: providing free meals to the city for over a week, working tirelessly until he fell ill and had to take a day off. Since the boss had cooked all the free meals himself, his collapse meant the free meals had to be suspended for a day. He expressed deep regret for this incident and sent Walter to the usual food distribution site to apologize! But who could have imagined that hundreds of Delft residents would storm Orange Gardens to loot supplies? It's truly heartbreaking!

Kasin also said, "Our boss always says, 'Natural disasters are merciless, but human kindness is.' In the face of natural disasters, we should lend a helping hand if we have the ability. This has nothing to do with nationality, skin color, gender, occupation, or social status. Did you know? These young people here, known as 'Walter's Army,' are actually criminals! They were sentenced to community service in Orange Garden! And when the floods hit Delft, it was these once-scorned hooligans who rushed to the front lines of the rescue effort!"

Are these people not even as good as hooligans and ruffians?

What? You want to interview my boss? My apologies: Our boss was already exhausted from disaster relief work and needed rest. This incident has left him incredibly sad and weakened. He doesn't want to see anyone and hasn't even had dinner yet. We can't even see him, let alone reporters.

By the way, on behalf of my boss, I'm expressing my utmost protest to the Delft police! Our boss has always maintained a good relationship with the Delft police, even donating two genuine US military Humvees to the Delft police station for law and order. And what happened? After such a major incident, only four officers were dispatched to the scene. They ignored the rioting and even threatened my boss with a gun! I hope the Dutch police will answer this question!

Dutch journalists were also worried when they heard this. What the hell is this? People are kindly helping with disaster relief, getting sick while doing so, and yet you're going into their homes to loot supplies? How are you going to report this? If this gets reported everywhere, won't the rest of Europe laugh at them?

They used to say the Dutch were "stingy" and they could justify it by saying "it's all about thriftiness." But how do they explain this? Are they just going to come and grab the free food when it's gone?

As a result, they no longer have to worry about whether to report the incident or not: they have no choice but to report it!

The Daxia Embassy, now relocated to Villa Eikenhorst, immediately submitted a formal letter of credence to the Dutch government, demanding an explanation and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of Daxia citizens in the Netherlands. Hundreds of people storming homes and looting supplies—for a country like the Netherlands, a highly developed nation known for its "civilization," such a thing is simply appalling!

As soon as the news came out, reporters from other countries in the Netherlands rushed over like sharks smelling blood, digging deep into the matter. A German newspaper even used the official version to reveal the identities of the 273 Dutch people who participated in the looting of supplies, including the four Dutch policemen.

What developed next was very "European": a series of protests broke out in major Dutch cities including Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Utrecht, demanding severe punishment for the Delft people who participated in the looting of supplies, saying that they were "a disgrace to the whole of the Netherlands." Some people also came to Orange Garden for a sit-in holding banners with various apologies on them, which roughly meant: those people do not represent the Dutch.

Meanwhile, the Dutch police have also become a target of protesters: Originally, Kassin was only protesting against the Delft police, but the Dutch, like the French, also harbor a deep hatred for the police. They have now taken the entire Dutch police force to task, demanding an explanation.

The whole of the Netherlands is in chaos! All departments are busy figuring out how to deal with this problem.

As for Xiao Peng, the culprit behind this incident, what was he doing? He was sitting in the game room, smoking a cigarette, crossing his legs, holding a game controller, and looking very proud: "I can't even beat you guys with one hand, and you all claim to be game masters?"

"Boss, stop playing around! Pretend to be sick! King William is here! This time he's with people from your embassy!"
