Chapter 183 The Origin of the Underground Path is Discovered

The scene that unfolded before her left her speechless. It turned out to be an incredibly vast underground space, boundless and seemingly a world unto itself. Within this space, a large amount of strange black and white gas permeated the air, drifting and floating like ghosts, shrouding the entire space in an eerie and sinister veil.

At the very center of this vast and boundless space, a ball of orange-yellow gas floats in the void like a dazzling jewel in the universe. It exudes a powerful, mysterious, and unpredictable force, as if it contains endless secrets and mysteries.

"What is this?"

Yu Xin stared wide-eyed at the ball of orange-yellow gas in astonishment, pondering to himself. Just then, a thought suddenly flashed through his mind: "Could this... be the legendary Earthly Elemental Vein?"

Immediately afterward, Yu Xin couldn't help but exclaim excitedly, "That's right, it must be the authentic source vein!"

According to ancient legends, there are three unparalleled and extraordinary powers in the world. The first is the Heavenly Dao Mark, which only the current emperor is qualified to merge with; the second is the power of all living beings, which can only be wielded freely by those who are revered and worshipped by all living beings; and the third is the extremely mysterious Earthly Dao Vein before us.

Little is known about the Earthly Source Veins. They are only known to possess the power to suppress destiny, but their specific effects and functions remain a subject of much debate. Furthermore, there are rumors that there are only three Earthly Source Veins in the entire world, located in the Great Thousand World, the Middle Thousand World, and the Lesser Thousand World, with only one existing in each world.

"I never imagined that in this small realm of the Three Thousand Worlds, the Heavenly Spirit Realm, I would be so fortunate as to encounter such a precious Earthly Source Vein," Yu Xin murmured to herself with deep emotion, a hint of regret barely concealed in her words. "Unfortunately, such a wondrous Earthly Source Vein is not something an ordinary person can possess. It is said that only those with the power to defy fate are qualified to own it."

Then, Yu Xin frowned deeply, staring ahead, her thoughts surging like a tidal wave.

She knew that now that she had encountered this primordial vein, there was no doubt that this was her destiny.

However, obtaining this opportunity is no easy task, because to reach the center of the earth, one must successfully pass through the mysterious and unpredictable black and white energy, which is extremely dangerous, as I can feel the terrifying energy aura of the black and white energy.

After a fierce internal struggle, Yu Xin steeled her resolve, gritted her teeth, and made up her mind to try and see if she had the ability to obtain this incomparably precious primordial vein. So, she took a deep breath, adjusted her state, and then carefully took her first steps, slowly walking forward.

Just then, without warning, a dense black aura, like a ferocious beast, roared and swept over in an instant. Yu Xin's heart tightened, and without thinking, she flashed forward at top speed. But the black aura seemed to have eyes, relentlessly pursuing Yu Xin.

As the black aura drew ever closer, threatening to overtake Yu Xin, in a split second, Yu Xin unhesitatingly mobilized all her spiritual power. In an instant, a dazzling light emanated from her body, and her spiritual power coalesced into a pink energy shield, completely enveloping her.

In the blink of an eye, the black energy slammed into the pink energy shield. A deafening roar resounded, as if the entire earth trembled. Under the violent impact of the black energy, the pink shield shattered instantly, like fragile glass, turning into countless fragments that scattered in all directions.

Before Yu Xin could even catch her breath, another white aura suddenly appeared to her side. This white aura came on strong, like an arrow released from a bow, rushing straight towards Yu Xin.

Yu Xin realized something was wrong and quickly dodged to the side. The white energy whistled past her body, creating a sharp gust of wind. Although Yu Xin had narrowly avoided a direct attack, the powerful aftershock of the energy still caused her blood and qi to churn, making her feel extremely uncomfortable and tightness in her chest.

Then, Yu Xin's eyes narrowed slightly, and she softly chanted an incantation, her spiritual energy surging like a tide. Her figure blurred, instantly transforming into a streak of light, flashing forward at an astonishing speed. Just as she was about to cross this black and white aura boundary, suddenly, the entire mountain's atmosphere changed drastically!

The black and white energies that had been permeating the air seemed to be drawn by some mysterious force, rapidly converging into two enormous, towering streams—one as black as ink, the other as white as snow. They hurtled towards Yu Xin with earth-shattering force, moving with lightning speed.

Faced with this sudden turn of events, Yu Xin inwardly cried out in alarm, but there was no turning back now. She gritted her teeth, her mind racing as she recalled various strategies she had previously used to deal with crises. However, the situation was extremely critical, and there was no time to think further. She had no choice but to grit her teeth and use her movement technique again, following the methods she remembered, in an attempt to quickly slip away to safety.

Unfortunately, it was too late. The pure white aura arrived beside Yu Xin in an instant, like lightning. In the nick of time, Yu Xin unhesitatingly stretched out her right hand, her spiritual power surging into her palm in an attempt to resist the terrifying white aura.

In an instant, the two collided, producing a deafening roar.

In just a short while, Yu Xin felt her arm gradually go numb, and the surging white energy pressed down on her like a tidal wave, making it difficult for her to resist.

Despite her best efforts to hold on, she eventually succumbed to her weakness, and the white energy suddenly broke through her defenses and rushed straight into her body.

Because this white aura contained extremely powerful energy, Yu Xin's body suffered severe injuries, and then Yu Xin was thrown backward by the force of the white aura.

Then, with a dull thud, Yu Xin crashed heavily to the ground, leaving a large crater. After slowly getting to her feet and regaining her balance, she felt a sweet taste in her throat and coughed up a mouthful of blood, her face turning ashen.

Gazing at the still rampant black and white energy before him, he knew in his heart that its power was far beyond his ability to resist. Without the slightest hesitation, he endured the pain, gritted his teeth, and leaped with all his might, soaring rapidly towards the ground.
