Chapter 96, WeChat
Zhang Youyou accepted their service without a second thought, ate a vegetable bun with meat with relish, wiped her hands with a wet wipe, and laid her palms out in front of Li Dongshuo, who was puzzled.
"What do you mean?" He looked at his slightly damp, fair hands with a hint of disgust, because there were still some oil stains on the lines of his palms.
"Your phone! Didn't you want WeChat?" Zhang Youyou's look at him like he was an idiot hurt Li Dongshuo deeply. He wanted to tell her to wash her hands, but then he thought that since it was just sending a WeChat message and she wouldn't touch his phone, it didn't matter.
He took his phone out of his pocket and opened WeChat, just about to send her an emoji so she could see his account at a glance, when Zhang Youyou grabbed his phone, gestured for him to give up his seat, and then went straight to Ji Yuxuan's table with the phone.
Lee Dong-seok was stunned. Is Jang Yoo-yo really that amazing?
"Her?" Lee Dong-seok asked Lee Dong-ho curiously. Lee Dong-ho just smiled and silently grilled the meat.
Less than three minutes later, Zhang Youyou walked back arrogantly with her phone in her hand and handed it back to him, saying, "Make a note for yourself!"
Li Dongshuo took the phone with a puzzled look. He opened WeChat and saw a new WeChat account at the top. The message from the other party was, "Hello, I'm Ji Yuxuan," simple and polite. Li Dongshuo glanced at her back through the group of people and silently replied, "Hello, I'm Li Dongshuo." After thinking for a moment, he added, "Nice to meet you!"
To avoid being noticed by Li Donghao and Zhang Youyou, Li Dongshuo put his phone away after sending the message. When he looked up, he saw the two of them staring at him with gossipy smiles that made him feel uneasy.
"What are you looking at? Eat your meat!" Li Dongshuo said to Zhang Youyou, pretending to be annoyed. He wouldn't dare to talk to his brother like that.
"Tch!" Zhang Youyou took a sip of juice with dissatisfaction, only to find that the drink in the glass was already empty. So she held the glass up to Li Donghao, who took the glass without complaint and went to pour more juice.
Lee Dong-seok thought his brother was hopeless.
After his brother left, Zhang Youyou came to his side again and nudged him. Li Dongshuo had no choice but to give her his seat. Curious, Zhang Youyou sat down next to him and leaned closer, saying, "So you like this type!"
Lee Dong-seok looked at her warily: "What do you want to say?"
"It's nothing, I just feel great and lucky."
"Lucky?"
"Yeah! You met someone you like as soon as you came out, isn't that great? I've been here for months and haven't found anyone I like. How about I go to your school next week?"
Lee Dong-seok lowered his eyes and said disdainfully, "Don't you have someone you like?"
Zhang Youyou's ears turned red as she recalled their conversation over drinks yesterday. She said awkwardly, "Oh, don't worry about the 'playboy' thing! That's it, if I have time next week, I'll come to your school to see you, and I'll introduce you to a few handsome guys while I'm at it!"
"What handsome guy?" Li Donghao had somehow appeared next to her and happened to hear this. Zhang Youyou shivered. Thinking of his previous actions, she returned to her seat dejectedly without explaining.
They arrived early, and with someone helping them grill the meat, Zhang Youyou quickly finished eating. While washing her hands in the restroom, she ran into Ji Yuxuan. Seeing that Ji Yuxuan was alone, she pulled her aside and asked her a few questions. Ji Yuxuan said they had unexpectedly met at school the day before, and she was surprised they would become friends, marveling at how small the world is. Zhang Youyou smiled and said it was fate that brought them together from afar. Ji Yuxuan blushed and told her not to talk nonsense, to which Zhang Youyou nodded.
"You don't need to be shy. We're all adults. It's normal to have someone you like. Lee Dong-seok is a nice guy. You can be friends with him!"
Ji Yuxuan really didn't know what to say, so she just smiled shyly.
After washing their hands, the two went back together. Ji Yuxuan escorted her to her seat, greeted the Li brothers, and then went to her own seat.
When Li Dongshuo saw her return, he immediately offered her his seat and asked Zhang Youyou what had just happened. Zhang Youyou just smiled mysteriously and said, "It's a secret!"
