Meng Yanchen and Fan Shengmei returned to the company. Just as Meng Yanchen entered the office, about to say something, Fan Shengmei's phone rang. Fan Shengmei felt a surge of panic. She looked up at Su Ran, her eyes filled with conflict, "Su Ran, you're a very good person, but... I'm really confused right now. Meng Yanchen and I..." Su Ran frowned slightly, but quickly smiled again, "I know you and Meng Yanchen have feelings for each other, but I believe I can make you happy too. You can try giving me a chance."

Su Ran stood up without backing down: "Meng Yanchen, my feelings for Fan Shengmei are genuine, and I don't think I've done anything wrong."
Seeing the tense atmosphere between the two, Fan Shengmei felt helpless: "Don't be like this. Su Ran helped the company, we should thank him." Meng Yanchen snorted: "Of course I will thank him, but he better not have any other ideas." After saying that, Meng Yanchen took Fan Shengmei's hand: "Let's go." Fan Shengmei struggled a little, but was still pulled away from the coffee shop by Meng Yanchen.

Fan Shengmei said somewhat angrily, "I just went to thank him. He helped the company, so I can't pretend nothing happened. Besides, he confessed his feelings to me, and I clearly told him I was confused and didn't know how to respond." Meng Yanchen frowned slightly, "I know he helped the company, but you should know very well how he feels about you. I don't want to see you getting too close to him."
