Chapter 62 Dependence
Li Zimai had to use threats and bribes to force his elder brother to return to the apartment. He saw Cheche's depressed mood and insisted on coming back to stay with him, not letting him be alone with his wild thoughts.
In the car, Li Zimai imagined many scenarios of Cheche seeing him suddenly come back, including one where she awkwardly asked him why he came back, one where she coldly brought up the past with her ex, and one where Cheche was sleeping in the bed, but none of them was like this, where Cheche ran over barefoot to hug him.
Cheche always restrains her emotions, not daring to love too much or to express her love without restraint. Even when she is jealous, she needs him to coax her before she is willing to say it out loud.
Now he ran straight over, hooked his arms around Li Zimai's neck and asked for a kiss, a light and lingering kiss, and asked Li Zimai to hug him, looking like he was dependent on him.
Li Zimai put her lips to his and smiled, "You're so enthusiastic, are you afraid that someone will snatch me away?"
Cheng Che covered his narcissistic mouth, took out the gift he had been holding back all day from his pocket, put it around his neck and put it on him, "My grandma and I went to the temple to ask for a peace locket for you."
Li Zimai has everything he needs. On his birthday, he receives a limited edition sports car, the most advanced robot, the most luxurious watch, and other gifts that Cheng Che can't even name. He chose for a long time before deciding on such a worthless gift.
The dark red peace locket on his neck didn't fit him at all. Cheng Che wanted to take it off, but Li Zimai held his hand and said with a smile, "Thank you, baby. I like it very much."
Cheng Che sat on him, holding his face and looking at him seriously, his fingers slowly stroking his skin, not with strong force, like the softest and most lingering tenderness. His eyes were filled with the reflection of Li Zimai, revealing a suppressed, unspeakable complex love.
Li Zimai's heart was trembling under his stare, and the desire that had not subsided not long ago surged up. He couldn't wait to move forward and kiss Cheng Che. While holding his waist tightly, he reached out to unbutton his collar to take off his suit jacket that was in the way.
Cheng Che pressed his hand down and panted softly, "...No, no taking off my clothes."
This is how he wants to treat Li Zimai. The dazzling Li Zimai in the outside world belongs to him alone. He can have all of Li Zimai's gentleness that he will never show to anyone.
.......
Li Zimai's birthdays in the past twenty years were all ordinary, but the year he turned twenty-one was definitely the best of all his birthdays. The excitement of that night was second only to his first time with Cheng Che.
The first time, Li Zimai couldn't hold back, and at most, he tired Cheng Che to sleep, and then he woke up to continue. This time, he directly made Cheng Che faint. If Cheng Che hadn't woken up soon after, Li Zimai would definitely have sent him to the hospital.
After dawn, Li Zimai did not close his eyes, fearing that Cheng Che would be sick again. He touched his forehead from time to time and applied medicine to his lower body.
Cheng Che was so tired that the circles under his eyes were dark, as if a vixen had sucked his essence. The only exposed parts of his neck and under his earlobes were covered with red sexual marks from being sucked. The energy he had finally regained was gone.
Li Zimai sighed, thinking that he was not acting like an adult at all. He had promised to restrain himself but he broke down in less than a month and ended up making Cheche like this.
It was not until the middle of the afternoon that Cheng Che woke up. When he woke up, he saw Li Zimai sitting on the edge of the bed with a frown on his face. He wanted to speak, but his throat was so dry and painful.
Li Zimai brought over the warm water he had prepared and helped him stand up to drink. After he had a few drops of water, Cheng Che was able to speak. His voice was extremely hoarse as he spoke, "What time is it?"
Li Zimai said with a gloomy face, "Four twenty."
Cheng Che took a while to react before he remembered that he had an appointment with Teacher Zuo to review the plan at 2:30. He propped himself up and felt pain all over his body. It was different from the pain from fighting, but a soft and powerless pain.
Under normal circumstances, Li Zimaide would hug him, coax him, and apologize, but now he was standing by the bed with his arms folded, looking at Cheng Che, meaning: Get up if you can, I don't care about you.
Cheng Che was already in a bad mood, and he felt tired and uncomfortable after being treated harshly by him. He had to look at his face early in the morning... and late in the afternoon, which made him even more irritated.
He walked to the cloakroom with weak legs, holding on to the wall. Li Zimai stood there watching him get dressed. Seeing that his smooth back was covered with red and purple kiss marks, he became even angrier. He strode over and carried Cheng Che back to the bed. Cheng Che glared at him and scolded him in a hoarse voice, insisting on getting up and going to the studio.
Li Zimai grabbed his wrists, crossed them, and pressed them against the headboard, squeezing his knees against his thighs. Cheng Che was still in pain, and being restrained by him in such a tough position, his eyes suddenly turned red.
Li Zimai almost surrendered, but things had come to this point, he had to establish his authority with the child. He pretended to unbuckle his belt, and Cheng Che panicked and said in a hoarse voice: "...I, I don't feel well..."
"You know you're not feeling well."
Li Zimai stopped and snorted coldly, "You've been quite capable lately, haven't you? I thought you were going to be a seven-times-a-night man."
Cheng Che moved his wrist but failed to struggle free.
Li Zimai asked him, "Do you really need me to fuck you into submission?"
Cheng Che turned his head away, his mouth drooping, and said nothing. His thin chest rose and fell unnaturally, and he was obviously angry.
Li Zimai laughed angrily, "Are you still mad at me? Didn't you have enough of my whoredom yesterday? You've stuffed all the Jiang family's descendants into your belly, and you're still not satisfied. You're still mad at me."
"Shut up."
Li Zimai was determined to embarrass him, "Are you embarrassed now? Then why did you get so wet when you rode on me last night?"
"If you say that again I'm really going to get angry."
Seeing that he was about to be pushed to the limit, Li Zimai hugged him and coaxed him, "Okay, okay, I won't say anything, but you can't do this next time."
He sighed, "You know I have no self-control, yet you still seduce me? If you make me angry, you will be the one who suffers. Just be obedient. You don't sleep well anyway..."
Cheng Che listened to his nagging and his heart softened inexplicably.
"...Are you listening to me?"
"...Um."
Li Zimai nags for a long time, saying he'll take Cheng Che to the hospital for a full-body checkup and then to a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner for some healing medicine. Ever since he knew Cheng Che's immune system was so weak he could get a fever at any moment, Li Zimai prioritized his health above all else. He wouldn't let him stay up late or do chores, and he'd even force him to exercise and feed him a variety of nutritious foods.
Cheng Che said, "My grandma is not as nagging as you."
Li Zimai pinched his face and snorted, "I worry about you more than I worry about my grandma."
Cheng Che snuggled back into bed and asked Li Zimai if he had asked Teacher Zuo for leave. Li Zimai replied, "Yes, he did. He also said that you don't have to go to the studio at night and come back early to rest."
How could people in their line of work not stay up late? Cheng Che didn't take it to heart and didn't refute Li Zimai, thinking that he had to stay up late anyway.
Li Zimai's birthday buffet was not finished. There was supposed to be a late show yesterday but Li Zimai postponed it because he had to go back to accompany his wife. At two o'clock this afternoon, Zhou Xumao urged him to go, saying that everyone was here and they were waiting for the birthday boy, and asked Li Zimai to bring Cheng Che as well.
Twenty or so people were waiting for him at the hotel. Li Zimai couldn't refuse, but he didn't want to take Cheng Che with him either, fearing that he would be tired out again. He asked Cheng Che to rest at home, "I'll go show up and be back soon."
Cheng Che nodded and told him to play for a while longer and come back so as not to spoil his friends' fun.
Li Zimai smiled and kissed him, "How come my wife is so sensible."
Cheng Che scolded him weakly, "Go away, don't bother me."
"Aunt Feng will come over to make dinner later. Tell her what you want to eat."
Aunt Feng is the daughter-in-law of the Jiang family's housekeeper. The couple has worked in the Jiang family for many years and has taken care of the two brothers wholeheartedly. In the past few years that Li Zimai has been away from home, Aunt Feng has come to the apartment from time to time to cook and do housework.
"I can do it myself, don't bother Aunt Feng."
Li Zimai rubbed his head and coaxed him, "I know you're a good kid, but listen to me today, okay? I'm not home if you're not feeling well, so someone needs to watch over you."
Cheng Che shook his head and sat up on his arm, "I'm not that squeamish. Don't let Aunt Feng come."
Li Zimai is a young master and has been used to being pampered since he was a child, but Cheng Che couldn't get used to it. He didn't want to be taken care of by his elders for no reason, which would make him very uncomfortable. He stubbornly said, "Didn't we agree that I will cook for you and you don't let Auntie come."
Li Zimai refused to compromise, "Then I won't leave. I'll watch over you myself."
Cheng Che said irritably: "It's just a few more times, and I..."
He swallowed the half sentence he hadn't finished saying because he saw Li Zimai's brows gradually tightening, and if it got any tighter, he would get angry. Cheng Che said stiffly, "Then I'll order takeout. I'll call you if I feel unwell."
Li Zimai remained silent. Cheng Che rubbed against his arms, hugged his waist, and whispered, "I don't want anyone to see me like this..."
Li Zimai was determined to have someone look after him, but after being coaxed by Cheng Che's coquettish tone, he immediately compromised without any principles, "If you feel uncomfortable, you must call me immediately."
Cheng Che nodded and urged him to change his clothes. After finally sending the man away, he lay back in bed, hugging Li Zimai's pillow in a daze. It seemed that he was becoming more and more dependent on Li Zimai. This feeling was the same as when he was a child, looking forward to his mother coming home every day.
Cheng Che didn't dare to recall the day when his spiritual pillar suddenly collapsed, nor did he dare to think about whether he would also lose Li Zimai.
