"What? How could it be so fast?"
It's not actually that fast; it's just that after 4 days, plus the travel time, I can probably stay home for the New Year.
Guan Jie took leave, and with the Lunar New Year holiday, she had a long break. Besides being able to go back and bring Xiao Sheng back, she could also stay at home with her parents.
"Our factory manager won't give us a holiday until the 26th of the twelfth lunar month. I guess Director Zhang doesn't want you to leave. It's good to go back. My third aunt even said that if you don't go back, you can spend the New Year at her place, and everyone can have a lively time together."

After saying that, he immediately picked up the plate, put it in the cupboard, and locked it. Chen Junsheng had no choice but to pick up the bowl and drink a mouthful of rice soup.
"Did you hear me clearly? I'm telling you to come back at noon and cook. The rice is already in the pot. Stop going out to play every day. Your dad works so hard to earn money, and you never even try to help him out."
Yang Chunhua felt incredibly aggrieved. When had she ever been so tolerant before?
Now she's actually being nice to him, telling him to go home and cook, but if he doesn't cook, he can forget about eating tonight.
