"I have nothing to do with him!"
Li Mei didn't believe it. She had been suspicious for so many years, and now she had caught her red-handed. How dare Chen Hongxia still let her son marry her daughter? Chen Hongxia should give up on that idea.
More and more people gathered around, their eyes wide as they watched the two women hurl insults at each other, revealing more and more information.
Chen Hongxia realized she couldn't win an argument with Li Mei; Li Mei was just a madwoman who was only using this as an excuse to act crazy.
The two of them then started fighting without any restraint. Some busybodies ran to both families to inform them, and soon Bai Rongjun, looking bewildered, finally came out of the house. Zhou Qi and his son, having heard the news, also rushed over.
"What's wrong with you now? Get back here right now!" Zhou Qi scolded Li Mei with a livid face. Did he have no shame? He was causing trouble outside every few days.
He arrived late and didn't know that Li Mei had already made public the matter of his family members being sent to the countryside. When he found out, he would probably be furious.
"So, Zhou Qi, you're still siding with this vixen. Son, you still want to marry her daughter?"
