The next morning, Aunt Yao came to deliver food as usual.
After breakfast, during the break, Lan Shuqing received a call from Fu Xiaoqian. She then learned that something had happened to Lan Shuqing and Jiang Bai on New Year's Eve, and she expressed her intention to come over to visit.

Fu Xiaoqian was secretly fiddling with her phone, and then secretly gave Jiang Bai a like. They were just looking at photos, and then they added each other as friends. Just as Fu Xiaoqian was lost in thought, Lan Shuqing stood up and said, "Would you two like to eat some fruit? I'll go wash some."
When she heard that she needed to wash the fruit, Fu Xiaoqian quickly stood up and said, "Shuqing, sit down. I'll go wash it." She glanced into the ward, a little confused. "Where is the fruit?"
