"Chief Panok, what do you mean?" a goblin leader said with a breath of cold air.
Slowly lifting the red and white bone stick and carrying it on his shoulder, Panok stared at the goblin in front of him with cold eyes and snorted, "What do you mean? I mean that I want you to be obedient and don't say anything you shouldn't say."
The cold murderous intent made the goblin leaders freeze. Although they were indignant, they didn't dare to say anything more. They lowered their heads in a cold sweat.
After suppressing the goblins that were about to cause trouble, Panok found a large rock to sit on. "Let your people rest for a while. We can't die here. We have to leave and send back the news that the undead can move during the day."
The goblin leaders nodded, left in a hurry, and went back to tell their tribesmen to rest.
The Headhunter came up to Panok and whispered, "Chief, are we leaving like this?"
Panok looked at the goblin's back and shook his head slightly. "No, we have to move forward. I think what we just encountered is the main force of the undead. There shouldn't be more undead over there in the Ghost Mountain Range. Let's go over there and take a look. If there's a chance, maybe we can capture the undead. Even if we can't, we can still get more intelligence."
He didn't want to run back in disgrace, as that would ruin his reputation and he might even lose his position as leader. That would be real trouble.
The headhunters felt something was wrong, but thinking that their current leader was already going crazy, they had to swallow their words. They didn't want to get into trouble at this time. The dead goblin leader was a lesson for them.
If you don't want to die, just shut up.
After resting for about an hour, there was still no sign of pursuers. Panok became more certain of his idea that the undead that attacked the camp were the main force, and there would be no more undead in the forbidden area.
He called on his people to get up, let the goblins walk in front, and headed towards the forbidden area.
"This is the wrong direction. This is not the way back."
"Yeah, isn't this heading towards the forbidden area?"
"What is Pannock thinking!"
"Or let's run..."
"We can't escape. Those headhunters are right behind us."
"Oh...I shouldn't have come."
Several goblin leaders gathered together, whispering, and looking behind them from time to time. They didn't want to get close to the Mountains of the Dead anymore. They had been scared by the undead just now. But they didn't have the courage to remind Panok. They were afraid of having their heads smashed by a stick, so they could only bite the bullet and move forward.
After walking for about an hour, the sun was setting and gradually sinking below the horizon.
"What is that? Undead! There are undead!" A goblin lord suddenly found a skeleton standing in front of him and couldn't help but shout.
His voice caused a panic until Panok stepped forward and slapped the yelling Goblin Lord hard, making him dare not say a word.
"Why are you making such a fuss? Open your eyes and see clearly. There's only a skeleton there. Even if it's a ghost, so what?" Panok pointed at the skeleton in front of him and cursed.
The Goblin Lord covered his face with his hands, looking aggrieved, but when he found out that what Panok said was true and there was only a skeleton, he couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.
