The new book "If I ask you to make games, would you just make a blockbuster movie?" has been released.

"As a professional game designer, it's okay for me to make the CG animations look better and the special effects more realistic, right?"

"Don't get me wrong, it's really just a promotional video."

At a large-scale game exhibition, Chen Lin spoke seriously to the camera.

Player A: "No, you just turned a 2D game promotional video into an epic movie. Is that really a good idea?"

Player B: "Other people make CG to promote games, you make games to promote CG, right?"

Originally, the players were almost beginning to believe what Chen Lin said.

But after a series of game promotional videos such as "Resident Evil", "Red Dead Redemption", "Cyberpunk", "Sekiro" and "Outlaws" were released, they couldn't stand it anymore.

Buy the game and the movie, and make two bucks at once, is this something a human can do?

After more than a month, I’m finally going to publish a new book, about game production, if you’re interested, please read it, thank you friends for your continued support.
