After a few rounds of thunder and lightning, Mu Yi'an heard the sound of raindrops hitting the tiles, a loud pattering sound; the raindrops must have been quite large.
The raindrops grew denser and the sound of them hitting the tiles grew louder.
Mu Yi'an held the children in her arms, listened to the sound of rain, felt the coolness, and slowly fell asleep.
The next day, when Mu Yi'an woke up, it was still raining outside.
