Chapter 833 Death Equality

833 Death Equality

It has two horns on its head and holds a harpoon-like weapon in its hand. It looks to be about seven feet tall!

They're moving quite fast, already heading this way! Like a devil from hell coming to claim lives!

The second gang leader's eyes hardened. Seeing the three torchbearers torn to shreds, a chill ran down his spine. He shouted, "Attack! Cut them down! Anyone who tries to escape will be executed!"

After saying that, he slashed with his sword, which struck the fishman's arm, cutting halfway into it. He quickly withdrew his sword and retreated!

But the knife seemed to be stuck. Just as he was about to pull it out, the fishman's other arm suddenly thrust out with its claws. The second leader quickly released the knife hilt and retreated, only to find that the speed was not as fast as he had imagined!

The gang leader arrived from behind, and immediately the murlocs and gang members began to fight. A gang member slashed at the murloc's arm with a knife, and with a ripping sound, the other arm had already pierced through the chest, spurting out and staining the murloc's face red!

Four people died instantly. The remaining people quickly retreated in unison, but the torches at the door and on the ground faintly illuminated the way back inside.

The second gang leader retreated rapidly, but only felt that he had gone a little too fast. A gang member blocked his way back. The second gang leader became anxious and immediately pulled and threw the man away.

Upon impact, the merman neither dodged nor avoided the attack, but instead unleashed its claws with both hands, slamming the merman to the ground with tremendous force.

Sharp claws pierced through his heart and emerged from his back!

The second-in-command quickly ran as fast as he could, his blood surging. With great effort, he finally ran back to the courtyard, instantly closed the gate, bolted it shut, and held it firmly in place. Perhaps knowing it was futile, he quickly rushed back into the house.

'Open the door! Open the door!'

The four or five who were a little slower immediately started banging on the door, making a loud clanging sound that faintly echoed around them. In the distance, a monster slowly emerged from the mist.

Unable to get anyone to open the door, the group quickly split up and ran. They could barely see more than three feet around them, and they ran slower and slower until they finally dared not put their feet down!

The two mermen stared excitedly at their prey, and without saying a word, they swept their claws across and charged forward.

Several people were suddenly shoved, with nowhere to retreat. In their fearful eyes, they suddenly became fierce, wielding thin blades and thick clubs with the force of thunder, and went straight for the fishman.

The blade flashed, as if tearing a crack in the dark night; in this life-or-death struggle, one could only helplessly display their resolute courage.

I tried to escape, but suddenly realized I couldn't move fast enough! I knew I would inevitably be struck by their claws!

The sword flashed, the staff danced, and a whooshing sound arose, scattering the bursting mist in an instant. It seemed as if the force could shake a mountain. The staff technique was sharp and effective, targeting the fishman's vitals. One blow landed on the fishman's terrifying head!

In a desperate, resolute moment, determined to repel the merman, he growled, "Die! Die!"

With a clang, the blade sliced through the hard leather. At roughly the same speed, the unstoppable murlocs, skeletons, and claws struck both sides almost simultaneously. One had its head split open, while the other was pierced through the heart by a claw, still oozing bright red blood.

In an instant, the same screams, cries of pain, and curses rang out one after another, and blood gushed out, staining the mist red!

The others quickly seized the opportunity to escape, fleeing in panic towards the distance. The farther they went, the less pressure they seemed to feel, and they could even jog a little. However, they couldn't see too far ahead and dared not run too fast!

The group quickly spread out and chose different directions. They were only three steps apart when the surroundings suddenly became shrouded in mist. Beyond three feet, everything was hazy, and they dared not take another step.

At this moment, the burly man wielding the large stick, upon realizing that the group had vanished, became anxious and impatient. He dared not shout loudly, but could only call out in a low voice.

'Where are you? Where are you? I'm here! Come to the gang's mansion, it's safe there!'

In a daze, a white, mist-like, human-shaped cloud, about four feet tall, slowly drifted over, as if it had heard the call and come in response!

Like a cloud of white mist, with sharp claws, no feet, floating in mid-air, its faceless body but with exceptionally piercing scarlet eyes! It resembles a ghost!

As it drifted along, it moved as if it were jogging quickly, slowly approaching the caller!

The moment they met, a terrified cry from the burly man wielding the stick echoed through the silent night, sharp and piercing like that of a frightened wild beast: "A ghost! I saw a ghost! Help!"

His eyes widened like copper bells as he saw a ghost for the first time. In his pupils, he saw a hideous, semi-transparent ghost.

Overwhelmed by fear, he gripped the large stick tightly and began to swing it wildly.

The staff whistled through the air, like a raging dragon writhing and whipping up gusts of wind. At this moment, he exerted all his strength, wishing his parents could grant him more power, and tried with all his might to use this overwhelming force to drive back the ghost.

With a loud crash, the stick slammed into the ghost's body. It penetrated half a foot into the ground, piercing right through the ghost, which seemed invisible, like mist, without any substance!

The burly man was shocked to see the ghost so close at hand, its faceless form and flickering red light making his heart tighten.

Before he could react, the ghost's claws had already rushed over, tearing through the air like lightning, aiming straight for his head.

"Ah!" The big man screamed in pain as a sharp pain shot through his head.

He looked up in horror and saw that the ghost's claws had pierced deep into his skull, and blood was gushing out of the wound.

A searing pain surged through him instantly, as if tearing the very soul of the burly man wielding the club apart. The ghost, however, seemed utterly devoid of emotion, like a fearsome reaper, completely oblivious to the agony. Its movements continued without pause, like the cold, merciless Grim Reaper.

The claws, as hard as refined iron, seemed to tear the air apart the moment they were swung out, producing a piercing "whoosh" sound.

The burly man's neck snapped instantly under this terrifying attack, like a fragile tree branch.

Blood flowed everywhere, half of the body lay on the ground, the head still in the ghost's hands. In just a few breaths, the corpse turned into a pure white skeleton!

The head returned to its place, and another skull slowly rose, as if a strange power was quietly moving within the mist, bringing the dead back to life.

In the town of Yubang, people who had mysteriously disappeared, people who were unwilling to die, and a dozen skeletons slowly, slowly, emerged from the stinking ditches.

The clothes were made of coarse cloth and were tattered.

From within the mist, a brand new skeleton slowly rises, as if announcing its rebirth, as if yearning for life!

The second gang leader looked wary, seemingly thinking of something. Luckily, there were still torches burning in the courtyard; otherwise, he probably wouldn't even be able to find his own room!
