Ye Shujun felt their gazes and explained, "Didn't Miaomiao say she wanted to drink aloe vera juice this morning? I just wanted to ask you to bring the aloe vera from the table over for me."
Luo Ziliang didn't dare tell her that he had just told Luo Shimiao that she was sharpening a knife.
He was just saying it casually, but his mother actually pulled out a knife.
"Call her and ask her to come back."
Luo Ziliang handed his daughter to his wife, walked to the coffee table, picked up his phone, and dialed Luo Shimiao's number.

"Didn't you say you'd help me?" Ye Shujun asked, turning to look at her with the knife in her hand.
Luo Shimiao walked over quickly and took the knife: "Don't keep holding the knife up like that, it's kind of scary."
"Cut these aloe vera pieces and wash them clean."
"Alright." The sashimi knife twirled in her hand, the tip slicing through the translucent aloe vera flesh.
"Mom, you know how to make aloe vera juice."
Ye Shujun wiped her hands and said calmly, "No."
"So, what's this all about...?"
"I'll try making it; it's not like I'm the one drinking it."
Luo Shimiao's expression turned subtle. So they were using her as a guinea pig!
After she cut the aloe vera into pieces, she was kicked out of the kitchen.
Gu Nian was left alone in the living room.
"Where's my older brother?"
Upon hearing this, Gu Nian put down his phone and beckoned to her, "Let's go upstairs."
Luo Shimiao ran over and sat down right next to him.
