Chapter 14 Whose

Chapter 14 Whose

Jiang Ning was confused, and the swing slowly stopped. "What photo?"

Qi Jinzhou's expression grew increasingly gloomy. "You know what I'm talking about."

Jiang Ning got off the swing obediently, and looked at Qi Jinzhou with a pair of clear almond-shaped eyes, revealing an innocent look, "Brother-in-law, I really don't know what the photo you are talking about is."

Qi Jinzhou took a deep breath. It seemed that Jiang Ning was not only much more naughty than he expected, but also dishonest.

"Ningning, I don't like thieves."

It was like a bolt from the blue, and Jiang Ning's face turned pale. She was telling the truth, so how did she become a thief?

Jiang Ning's eyes turned red with grievance, but Qi Jinzhou pretended not to see it.

Just as Qi Jinzhou was about to leave, Jiang Ning clutched the corner of her clothes and said to him, "If my brother-in-law thinks I took something from someone, he can go to my room and search. I admit that I do want my brother-in-law's photo, but Ning Ning will not steal it in this way."

Qi Jinzhou frowned, "Then tell me, what did you do in Yunyun's room?"

Jiang Ning remained silent as if in a huff. "Anyway, I didn't take my sister's photo. I'm not a thief."

Qi Jinzhou didn't believe her.

For the school's final exam, everyone was required to submit a human body sculpture.

Jiang Ning actually had this idea a long time ago.

After school, she carefully put a photo in her bag, along with a half-carved wood carving, and walked towards the school gate.

The familiar license plate number at the door reminded her that she should stop immediately.

However, Jiang Ning pretended not to see it until a car honked at her.

Jiang Ning frowned and walked over reluctantly.

Jiang Yunyun, who was sitting in the car, rolled down the window and said with a smile, "Ningning, get in the car. Aren't you going home this weekend?"

Jiang Ning secretly glanced at the person sitting in the driver's seat. The light was too dim to make out his expression. Half of his profile was hidden in the darkness.

"Sister, I won't be going home this weekend. I haven't finished my homework yet."

Jiang Yunyun was concerned about her, "Don't make yourself too tired, Ningning, you have to take care of yourself."

Qi Jinzhou didn't say a word from beginning to end. If it were any other time, he would have asked a question.

Jiang Ning's heart was bleeding.

He actually called himself a thief. In his heart, was she such a person?

"Sister, go back and don't worry about me."

"Okay then, we'll be leaving first."

Jiang Yunyun glanced at Jiang Ning's back and said to Qi Jinzhou, "Ningning seems quite well-behaved and obedient, but a little boring, don't you think, Jinzhou?"

A sneer flashed across Qi Jinzhou's mind. Is she obedient?

Jiang Ning really wanted to hand in her homework quickly. Most of her classmates had handed in theirs, and she was the only one left.

However, in the evening, Jiang Ning remembered that he had left a carving knife at home.

At this time, the school was located in a remote area, so she had to walk to the main road to take a taxi.

However, Jiang Ning didn't get a taxi, but instead ran into Qi Jinzhou who was driving by.

Qi Jinzhou parked the car beside her, rolled down the window, and said in a cold tone, "Get in the car."

He didn't call her "Ningning".

Jiang Ning took a deep breath, feeling upset. A wise man never suffers a loss in front of him, as this could save him some money on taxi fare.

She opened the car door angrily and slammed it shut.

Qi Jinzhou was so angry at her little action that he laughed, "What reason do you have to be angry?"

Jiang Ning glared at him and didn't want to talk.

When she got into the car, the zipper of her bag was not closed tightly, and part of the photo inside was exposed.

Qi Jinzhou narrowed his eyes and glanced at the photo. "Ningning, you don't admit it now, right?"

Jiang Ning immediately covered the photo, "This is not a photo of you and your sister."

Qi Jinzhou approached her. He wanted to see if she could still deny it with such a thick face even at this point.

"Then tell me, whose photo is this?"
