Qin Ze's curiosity was piqued. He turned to Zhang Yuechen, who was sitting to the side, his eyes filled with doubt, and asked, "Who came? Who could scare Master Zhang like this?" His voice revealed a strong interest.
Zhang Yuechen gave a wry smile, looked at Qin Ze, and slowly said, "This story begins when Zhang Tianshi was young."
Her tone seemed to be filled with a familiar yet helpless feeling, as if the story she was about to tell was not simple.
“But none of that matters,” she continued. “That woman will cause trouble for a while when she arrives. Let me take you for a stroll around Longhu Mountain first!”
Zhang Yuechen's words carried a hint of ease, as if he were trying to defuse the sudden tension, as if he were already used to the woman's arrival.
Shen Gongbao sat to the side, and when he heard the topic of playing, his eyes immediately lit up, as if he had been inspired.
She probably hadn't had enough fun yet, and now that she's heard there's a chance to go again, she certainly doesn't want to miss it.
She exclaimed excitedly, "Really? Longhu Mountain must have so many fun places! I really want to go and have some fun there!"
Shen Gongbao stood up without hesitation and enthusiastically stopped Qin Ze and Zhang Yuechen, seemingly eager to take them outside.
Shen Gongbao led Qin Ze and Zhang Yuechen out of the main hall in high spirits and onto the road to the scenic area.
Following the wide path, Qin Ze arrived at the scenic area. The scene before him immediately amazed him; the place was bustling with activity, and the crowds surged like a tide. The square was filled with stalls, displaying a dazzling array of snacks, souvenirs, toys, and more, emitting enticing aromas and vibrant colors. People moved about in a constant stream, as if they were in a busy and joyful market.
"It's so lively here!" Shen Gongbao couldn't help but exclaim, her gaze wandering around, drawn to the various kinds of food and souvenirs.
Shen Gongbao scanned the surrounding food stalls, where various delicacies were displayed, their enticing aromas making her mouth water. Without hesitation, she abandoned Qin Ze and Zhang Yuechen and rushed impatiently towards the food stalls.
Her eyes were full of anticipation and longing, as if she had an infinite love for food.
At the food stall, Shen Gongbao reached out without hesitation, grabbing a delicious glutinous rice ball in one hand and a fragrant grilled skewer in the other.
She nibbled quickly, making satisfied chewing sounds, her eyes filled with excitement and pleasure.
"I never imagined that mortals could invent so many delicious foods!" Shen Gongbao exclaimed as he ate.
Seeing Shen Gongbao wolfing down his food, Qin Ze couldn't help but smile wryly and gently shook his head.
Just as Shen Gongbao was enjoying his meal, a group of women approached, holding selfie sticks, seemingly preparing to take pictures. However, engrossed in their selfies, they appeared oblivious to Shen Gongbao's presence and accidentally bumped into him. A soft thud was heard.
One of the women immediately became agitated and angrily shouted, "Who is it? How rude of them!!!" Her face was full of dissatisfaction and anger, clearly unhappy about being bumped into.
Shen Gongbao frowned slightly upon hearing this, clearly angered by the ill-intentioned woman. She sneered and said, "Little girl, who are you calling a liar?"
Upon hearing this, the woman pointed directly at Shen Gongbao and said mockingly, "Oh, you little brat, you dare call me a little brat? Have you grown any hair yet?" Her words were full of sarcasm and provocation, as if she was deliberately picking a fight.
Upon hearing this, Shen Gongbao's expression darkened slightly, and a hint of coldness flashed in her eyes.
Shen Gongbao's expression grew even colder. She didn't say anything more, only coldly saying, "Say one more word!"
The woman snorted coldly and waved defiantly at a few boys not far away. Several burly men walked over and stood beside her, like her bodyguards.
The woman glanced at Shen Gongbao defiantly and said sarcastically, "Little brat, I'm talking about you, so what?"
The men around the woman had mocking and provocative expressions on their faces. One of them even said to Shen Gongbao, "Little girl, get out of here before we get angry, or you won't be able to leave!"
Shen Gongbao sneered. She slightly bent her finger and gently slid it across the crowd. In an instant, a purple light flashed in the eyes of the woman and her friend. Then, their bodies began to sway, as if they had lost control, and they left the scene in a daze.
Seeing this, Qin Ze and Zhang Yuechen walked over. Their gazes fell on the women, and they noticed a purple aura emanating from them, causing them to frown. Qin Ze asked suspiciously, "What did you do to them?"
Shen Gongbao sneered and replied indifferently, "It's nothing, just teaching them a little lesson."
Qin Ze took Shen Gongbao back home. Returning to this familiar environment, Shen Gongbao couldn't help but feel a sense of relief.
However, while she was resting at home, her gaze inadvertently fell on Chu Muran. Chu Muran was eating a chocolate cake.
Her little mouth was smacking, and her mouth and face were covered in food.
