When I came out of the shower, Gu Fei was already cooking.
Qi Ran stood at the kitchen door for a while before humming a song softly as she went into the room to change her clothes.
She opened the wardrobe, looked at the dresses lying at the bottom, hesitated for a moment, and then took out a white spaghetti strap dress and put it on.
Actually, she always wore skirts while at the base.

She cupped Gu Fei's face in her hands and said earnestly, "I won't leave you. As long as you don't leave me, we'll always be together."
Gu Fei was stunned upon hearing this.
He didn't expect Qi Ran to give him such a solemn promise.

The next day, Qi Ran indeed took Gu Fei with her when she went out.
Gu Fei sat on the back of the motorcycle, holding her waist tightly and squeezing his head into the crook of her neck. He didn't look at the scenery along the way, only at her focused profile as she rode the motorcycle.

Two hours later, the motorcycle stopped at the entrance to town.
Qi Ran pulled out the car keys and was about to get out of the car when she found that Gu Fei was still holding her tightly from behind. So she patted her hand and reminded him, "We're here."
"So fast?"

Qi Ran did not respond to him, her gaze fixed on the large number of monsters roaming the street, her brows slightly furrowed.
"I've been encountering A-level monsters frequently in the past month. It feels like the monsters are evolving faster, and there are fewer and fewer low-level monsters. How come there are so many low-level monsters here?"

The number of monsters far exceeded that of any other town she had visited.

Qi Ran hugged Gu Fei again and led him toward the city.
