Gu Baiwei frowned, feeling that something seemed off.
Ye Sinian has always been a light sleeper, and Xia Shihhan is pregnant, so he shouldn't be so reckless.
She took out her phone and called Ye Sinian; the familiar ringtone could be faintly heard from inside the room.
The phone rang for a long time, but no one answered.
The two exchanged a glance, a strange feeling rising in their hearts.
Gu Baiwei hurriedly rummaged through her bag for a spare key to open the door. With a click, the two of them saw the situation inside.

"What happened? Could something have happened to my brother and sister-in-law?"
Ye Chuyue belatedly realized what was happening, picked up the phone from the ground, and saw that the undialed number on the screen was 110. Her heart skipped a beat.
"Yueyue, call the police."
Gu Baiwei made a quick decision, but the two had been missing for less than 24 hours, so she didn't know if calling the police would be of any use.
She thought for a moment and prepared to ask Shen Yanqing for help, but her phone rang first.
Seeing the familiar note above, she frowned slightly. Why was Ye Yunting calling now?
Without hesitation, he hung up the phone and was about to call Shen Yanqing when his phone rang again.
She frowned slightly with impatience as she answered the phone, but there was no sound from the other end for a long time.

She spoke in a irritable tone, and was about to hang up the phone when Ye Yunting's voice came from the other end.
“Weiwei, I know where Niannian is.”
One sentence stopped Gu Baiwei from hanging up the phone.

Gu Baiwei hung up the phone immediately after speaking, and then her phone vibrated.
She looked down and saw a location, then forwarded it to Shen Yanqing: "Niannian has been kidnapped, bring people to help me."
After sending the message, she turned on her phone's navigation and walked quickly towards the door.
Ye Chuyue hurriedly followed: "Auntie, what happened to my brother?"
"Yueyue, you go directly to the police station to report it, I'll go find someone."
She quickly left a message and got into the driver's seat.

Ye Sinian frowned and slowly opened his eyes, finding himself in a small carriage. The carriage door was tightly closed, with only a sliver of faint light filtering in through the crack.
The pain from the back of his head made him hiss softly, and his consciousness slowly returned.
Suddenly recalling the scene from last night, his eyes widened in shock, but with his mouth taped shut, he could only make indistinct sounds.
Where is Shihan?
He strained to turn his neck until he saw the slender figure curled up on the ground, and only then did his heart, which had been pounding, slowly settle down.
With his hands and feet bound by ropes, he struggled to move his body, inching his way to Xia Shihhan's side.
"Hmm~"
As soon as Xia Shihhan opened her eyes, she met a pair of worried eyes, and her heart instantly felt much calmer.
Her mouth was also sealed with tape, so she could only look at him with her big, watery eyes.
Just then, there was a click, as if someone was opening the door.
Ye Sinian gave Xia Shihhan a reassuring look and frowned as he looked toward the door.
The car door opened, and the two men huddled together nervously, staring intently at the entrance.
The car door opened, revealing a woman's face with exquisite makeup.
"Oh, you two are awake? Congratulations on your marriage!"
Ye Sinian subtly moved closer to Xia Shihhan, and when he looked up, he met the woman's teasing gaze.
"Are you hungry? You are our honored guests, we can't let you go hungry."
The woman spoke with a smile, then nimbly jumped into the car.
The man in black standing silently behind her handed her two lunch boxes.
She walked towards them, one in each hand, wearing high heels and swaying her incredibly slender waist.
She stared down at them for a moment, then slowly squatted down in front of Ye Sinian, revealing a pair of smooth, fair legs.
Ye Sinian looked away expressionlessly, his eyes full of disdain.
Night Enchantress couldn't help but click her tongue, then reached out a slender, delicate finger and lightly lifted his chin: "Tsk tsk, this face is truly exquisite. If it weren't for the boss's instructions, I really wouldn't be willing to treat you like this."
Upon hearing this, Ye Sinian looked at her with even more disgust, and even moved back with obvious disdain, as if she were some kind of monster.
"How about this, you stay with your sister for one night, and she'll let you go, okay?"
As she spoke, she casually ripped the tape off his mouth. Just as she did, she heard an angry shout in her ear: "Get out!"
