When Shen Yan regained consciousness, he found himself lying in a dilapidated hospital room.
His gaze slowly focused, and he felt a hand gripping his tightly.
The image of that delicate little face appeared in his mind, and his heart stirred slightly. He slowly turned his head to look at it, only to be met with a dark, large face.
Shen Yanqing: "..."
Big Head felt the person on the bed move and immediately woke up from his dream.

She immediately stared in shock, her eyes widening. Wasn't this a real-life version of a gangster's son forcibly loving someone?
She immediately blushed and said, "Excuse me, I'm sorry to bother you."
The moment the words were spoken, the door slammed shut again.
Big Head: "..." You're sick.
Ye Chuyue placed the fruit at the door, then limped back to Bai Wei's ward, her eyes filled with excitement.
"Auntie, Auntie, guess what I just saw?"
Xia Shihhan, who was peeling an apple for Gu Baiwei by the hospital bedside, keenly sensed the gossip and immediately moved her chair closer.

Gu Baiwei spoke up at the right moment, interrupting the eerie atmosphere in the room, and Ye Chuyue took the opportunity to pull Xia Shihan away and slip away.
Xia Shihhan, who was inexplicably dragged away: "..." If you're going to leave, then leave. Why are you dragging me away?
Ye Chuyue pointed to the door, and Xia Shihan looked in the direction she pointed. She saw a tall figure limping into Gu Baiwei's ward, leaning on a simple cane.

Gu Baiwei realized that Ye Yunting wanted to talk about their rebirth, which was too unbelievable, especially since the other party was such an unpredictable and powerful character. She really didn't want him to hear the conversation.
"Then I'd like to trouble Mr. Shen to excuse himself for a moment."

Seeing her staring blankly at the departing figure, Ye Yunting tightened his grip on his knees.

He stopped beating around the bush and asked her directly.

Ye Yunting was prepared for her to continue pretending not to know him, but he didn't expect Gu Baiwei to admit it so readily.
