He gritted his teeth, suppressing his displeasure. She was feeling unwell, and he didn't want to upset her.
Gu Baiwei leaned weakly against Shen Yanqing's shoulder, her pale face half-buried in his white shirt, her long, smooth black hair cascading down his shoulders like a waterfall to his elbows.
As the plane shuddered slightly, soft strands of hair brushed against his muscular arms, tickling him like cat paws.
Shen Yanqing's Adam's apple bobbed twice, his voice hoarse: "How are you? Feeling any better?"
Gu Baiwei closed her eyes and nodded gently. Her long, seaweed-like hair, paired with her fair and delicate face, made her look like the most expensive doll in a shop window.
Shen Yanqing felt an inexplicable urge to take the doll home and hide it away.
He stared intently at that face, licked his lips, and his eyes were filled with intense possessiveness.
Just then, the bodyguard returned with motion sickness medication and a wet towel, which he respectfully handed to him.
Shen Yanqing's expression softened slightly. She inadvertently looked up and met Ye Yunting's fiery gaze, and gave a provocative smirk.
He slowly picked up the damp towel and carefully wiped Gu Baiwei's face.
The two bodyguards in black behind him maintained a calm facade, but inside they were practically going crazy. Holy crap, their high and mighty boss actually had such a gentle side.
The city where the resort is located is not too far away; the group arrived smoothly after only a two-hour flight.
When Gu Baiwei got off the plane, she felt much better, but her face was still excessively pale.
Shen Yanqing helped her stand up from her seat, and Ye Yunting next to her also stood up, opening his mouth as if to say something.
Then the refined and noble man knelt down in front of Gu Baiwei without any airs, his deep, magnetic voice filled with doting: "I'll carry you on my back."
One sentence froze the people on the spot.

Shen Yanqing smiled gently and said, "Excuse me, I have to go pick up my girlfriend."
His smile seemed to be coated with a layer of light, and the girl in front of him who asked for his contact information instantly felt a shower of pink hearts appear in front of her. She felt lightheaded, and only one sentence remained in her mind: "He smiled at me."
