Chapter 179's plot has gone off track again.
Ning Shuyin immediately recalled the plot of the original novel.
Su Qianqian and Gu Lei's relationship was not supported by their parents. The reason was simple: Gu Lei was a hopeless romantic—he had no money, no power, and no self-awareness. He had no connections in the council and his uprightness had attracted a lot of hatred.
For a family leader like Su Qianqian's mother, the idea that a man's value depends on his level of superpowers is deeply ingrained.

“Okay, I’ll go with you. I was just thinking of going on vacation.” Ning Shuyin quickly agreed.
The weekend is almost here.
Ning Shuyin boarded the aircraft and headed to the transit airport outside the border.

A package bearing the Royal Hospital's logo was delivered to her. The medical kit popped open, revealing a week's worth of medicine neatly arranged inside.
Loran left no written message. He never showed himself, but the supply of potions never stopped.
The spacecraft smoothly entered the jump gate.
Ning Shuyin leaned against the porthole, gazing at the dazzling lights, and mentally reviewed the timeline of each event in the script.
There are no additional variables involved in this plot.
"It should... follow the novel's plot perfectly, right?" she thought to herself.
Five minutes later, the spaceship jumped out of the tunnel.
A planet, as green as an emerald, appeared in her field of vision.
Tartarus, a vacation destination located near the jump point and easily accessible without a long flight, is a popular vacation spot for the Alliance.
Ning Shuyin's spaceship docked at the VIP pick-up point of the resort.
Stepping down the gangway, you can directly enter the beautiful, garden-like living room.
"Shuyin!" Su Qianqian rushed over as soon as she saw her.
Mrs. Su greeted her with a smile: "Shuyin, it's been a long time. Let me introduce you, this is Mrs. Au, and this is her son, Olma."
Ning Shuyin looked up and saw that the young man in front of her was indeed just as described in the original novel. He was tall, dressed in a tasteful manner, and had a very approachable appearance.
"Hello, Miss Ning," Olma greeted her politely.
Everything is proceeding in an orderly manner.
Ning Shuyin politely greeted everyone in the room, while calmly checking the time in her mind. So far, all the plot developments seemed identical to the original novel.
The living room was bustling with activity as Olma accompanied Su Qianqian in conversation with the elders. He was humble and polite, but beneath this facade lay arrogance and unbearable behavior.
“Miss Ning seems to have been checking the time all day.” Olma had looked at her without her noticing. “Do you find the banquet here a bit boring?”
Ning Shuyin thought to herself, "They're here."
Although this line isn't in the novel, the man was indeed paying attention to him.
This should be the prelude to the "teasing" scene that will follow.
“No wonder you find it boring,” Olma said, swirling the wine in his glass. “After all, compared to the dramatic events at the top of the league, this is just a regular family gathering.”
Ning Shuyin was taken aback by his words.
Olma looked at Ning Shuyin with concern: "Speaking of which, those false news stories about you that circulated in the alliance a while ago were really worrying. Fortunately, Marshal Situ personally came forward to clarify, which calmed the storm. I imagine Miss Ning must have been under a lot of pressure during that time, right?"
Upon hearing this, Ning Shuyin forced herself to maintain her composure, but her heart was already breaking.
Oh no, the plot is likely to go off track again.
Olma knew perfectly well about the upheaval that had shaped the league, and he also knew that she was at the center of it all. Would he, like in the original story, foolishly try to take advantage of a woman whom Situ Linchen had exonerated, in a secluded garden?

But at that moment, the giant light screen in the banquet hall, which was showing the performance of the most popular singer, suddenly went dark and then switched to the League's emergency news live stream.
On the screen, a strange, ever-expanding black sphere appeared above the iconic domed building of the Alliance Conference Center.
The black sphere continuously released intense energy, causing the live stream to display intermittent static.
The announcer's terrified voice came through intermittently:
"...An unknown energy event occurred at the Alliance's annual meeting...suspected to be caused by the Machine Race...the conference center...communications...all were cut off...all high-ranking attendees, including Marshal Situ Linchen...including those from beyond the boundary...Mr. Caesar has lost contact...his fate is unknown..."
Ning Shuyin felt as if her heart was being squeezed tightly, making it hard to breathe.
She knew that four men were inside: Situ Linchen, Zhou Zhiheng, Luo Lan, and Caesar.
She put down her wine glass and left the living room.
A flurry of panicked whispers rippled through the crowd. After all, the Alliance's annual meeting had gathered almost all of the Interstellar Alliance's top figures; such a disaster was tantamount to annihilation. Madam Su was already discussing with Su Qianqian which safe center to seek refuge in, and no one even noticed Ning Shuyin's departure.
Ning Shuyin turned into an empty meeting room, her fingers trembling as she dialed Situ Linchen's number on the personal computer interface.
The user signal you are trying to reach does not exist...
She immediately switched to Zhou Zhiheng's communications, then to Caesar's, and the result was almost the same.
She finally managed to get through to Lorraine.
You have been banned from calling this user...
All four people could not be contacted.
“Cloth, do you know what that black sphere is?” she asked.
A cold figure appeared silently beside her.
Kross lowered his head and said, "Master, this is the Dark Sphere, a weapon of the Mechanical God Court, used to clear a certain world node."
"Clear world nodes? What does that mean?"
"I'm sorry, Master, the Divine Court is above the Mechanical Royal Family. I don't know much about this weapon, only that everything it devours will be banished to nothingness."
"Is it possible to enter the void and retrieve the person?"
Klose shook his head and uttered the cruel conclusion: "There is no hope of returning."
Ning Shuyin leaned against the cold wall, pondering if there were any solutions.
Yet another scene not found in the original novel. After quickly rejecting one plan after another, she mentally accessed her system inventory.
A prop lies quietly in the compartment.
It was the reward she received after successfully facilitating the romantic kiss between Gu Lei and Su Qianqian.
