Chapter 133, the second part of the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture.

Zhou Wuji slowly rose from his throne, and time and space seemed to freeze because of his movement. His supreme aura was completely restrained as he walked toward Zhou Xingdou, who was kneeling on the ground.

Then Zhou Xingdou felt a pair of warm, large hands gently lift him up without giving him a chance to refuse. He looked up and saw his grandfather, Zhou Wuji, smiling warmly at him.

Zhou Wuji patted Zhou Xingdou on the shoulder, speaking as if he were an elderly person having a casual chat:

"You're quite robust; you must have suffered a lot out there, right?"

His words were like a gentle breeze, blowing away the gloom in Zhou Xingdou's heart. The feeling of shame he had felt also disappeared in an instant as Zhou Wuji lifted him up.

Zhou Xingdou slowly shook his head, not daring to look at Zhou Wuji's face, afraid of being overwhelmed with sorrow again, and said very obediently in a soft voice:

"It's not bitter. The Xuantian Dao Sect has treated me quite well."

Zhou Wuji chuckled and ruffled Zhou Xingdou's hair before his true eyes, shimmering with Dao runes, slowly turned to Luo Hanyi, and he smiled slightly:

"He's quite filial; he knows to bring his wife home so his grandfather can meet her."

As he spoke, Zhou Wuji followed suit and helped Luo Hanyi up. Luo Hanyi was flattered and stood straight with Zhou Xingdou. Gone was her cold and sharp aura; she became obedient and timid.

However, Luo Hanyi was overjoyed. After all, nothing reassured her more than Zhou Xingdou's grandfather, Zhou Wuji, the old patriarch of the Zhou family, personally acknowledging her identity.

Even after being helped up, Zhou Xingdou stood like a quail for a moment, no longer possessing the arrogant aura he had in front of Bai Yulong and the inheritors of various forces.

Even though Zhou Wuji tried his best to suppress the overwhelming aura of the heavens, he appeared very gentle and kind.

But the inherent majesty emanating from him prevented Zhou Xingdou from acting recklessly in front of Zhou Wuji.

Moreover, this is probably not something that can be changed by improving one's cultivation level; it stems from the suppression inherent in kinship and blood ties, and is difficult to alter throughout one's life.

All the thoughts I had imagined about what I would do after meeting Zhou Wuji vanished at this moment, leaving me speechless.

Seeing the two standing there dumbfounded, Zhou Wuji couldn't help but chuckle:

"Isn't there anything you want to say to Grandpa?"

Zhou Xingdou stammered for a long time before finally asking cautiously:

"Well... um... right, shouldn't Grandpa give Senior Sister a gift for meeting her parents, since it's her first time meeting them?"

Luo Hanyi was momentarily stunned. She pinched Zhou Xingdou's waist hard with her jade-like hand, secretly glared at him, and then hurriedly said respectfully:

"Grandpa Zhou's willingness to see Hanyi is already the greatest gift we can receive; why would we need anything else?"

However, Zhou Wuji seemed to agree with Zhou Xingdou's words:

“Xingdou is right. Just for calling me Grandpa Zhou, I can’t be stingy.”

But then he changed the subject:

"But we'll have to wait until you two get married and give me a great-grandson first. Otherwise, who knows if you two are setting up a scheme to cheat me out of my retirement money?"

Zhou Wuji's words startled Zhou Xingdou slightly, as it was the first time he had ever heard his grandfather joke.

Luo Hanyi felt relieved by Zhou Wuji's humorous words and chuckled as she felt less stressed.

Zhou Wuji chuckled and shook his head, then sighed and said:

“Little girl, you look prettier when you smile. I am your grandfather, not a man-eating monster. Why are you so afraid?”

Luo Hanyi was no longer so afraid, and she bowed slightly, smiling generously:

"A woman follows her husband wherever he goes, whether he's a chicken or a dog." Junior Brother respected Grandpa immensely, so Hanyi naturally dared not be presumptuous.

Seeing that Luo Hanyi was no longer suppressing her emotions, Zhou Wuji nodded in satisfaction.

“My Zhou family has always had excellent taste in choosing a daughter-in-law. You are much more likable than Xingdou.”

As Zhou Xingdou watched the old man and the young man chatting and laughing, he felt as if Luo Hanyi was Zhou Wuji's grandson and he himself was the wife that Luo Hanyi had brought home.

They seemed much closer than he was to Zhou Wuji.

Zhou Wuji seemed to be increasingly satisfied with Luo Hanyi, even saying directly:

"The Zhou family line rests on your shoulders. Give Zhou Xingdou a few big, healthy sons so that the Zhou family may prosper."

These words immediately made Luo Hanyi blush with embarrassment, but she did not refute them, only obediently nodding and saying:

"Grandpa, don't worry, Xingdou and I will work hard."

Stephen Chow, like an outsider, stood there awkwardly, uncomfortably fidgeting, unsure how to interject.

In front of Zhou Wuji, he could not be as casual as usual, and was like a shy and introverted young boy.

But he still gritted his teeth and asked:

"Grandpa, is there a sequel to the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture?"

Since discovering from the system template that the family's inherited cultivation technique, the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture, which he was practicing, was only the first part, Zhou Xingdou had been quite puzzled about it.

Now that he's back, he naturally wants to find out the truth. After all, although he has the Divine Elephant Suppressing Prison and the Sunset Sword Manual, the most suitable cultivation method for him is still the Purple Emperor Supreme Scripture.

This concerns the very foundation of Zhou Xingdou's cultivation, which compels him to ask.

Zhou Wuji seemed to have anticipated Zhou Xingdou's question and showed no curiosity about how Zhou Xingdou knew. He simply said:

"Yes, what you've been studying is indeed only the first part."

Having received Zhou Wuji's confirmation, Zhou Xingdou quickly asked again:

"Then why didn't you give me the complete story in the first place?"

Zhou Wuji shook his head and smiled slightly:

"The second part of the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture requires at least the Supreme Realm to cultivate. Giving it to you now would be useless, especially since you haven't even mastered the first part yet. How could you possibly cultivate the second part?"

Only the Supreme Being is qualified to cultivate the next chapter. Both Zhou Xingdou and Luo Hanyi were stunned by Zhou Wuji's words.

The Supreme Being's power needs no further explanation. Even within the entire Primordial Realm, he is a top-tier existence, like a nuclear weapon, ruling over a region and becoming a revered ancestor. Even the most talented individuals in the sect rarely witness such a sight.

But even such beings only have the qualification to cultivate the lower part of the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture, which shows how terrifying the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture is.

This also made Luo Hanyi understand why the Zhou family, with no more than five members in each generation, could maintain its position as an unparalleled immortal force and be known as the most mysterious immortal force.

Recalling the first time I met Qin Ming and Zhou Wuji, the boundless power they possessed, or even the Supreme Beings in this Zhou family, were only at the entry level!

Grandpa's words immediately made Zhou Xingdou lose his desire to ask for the next chapter.

After all, Zhou Wuji had just pointed out that he hadn't even completed the first part, so asking for it now would probably be fruitless.

Zhou Xingdou also asked tentatively:

"If I master the first part of the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture, will you give me the second part of the Ziwei Taihuang Scripture?"

Zhou Wuji's eyes, swirling with Dao runes, looked at Zhou Xingdou:

"I don't need to give it to you. The Ziwei Taihuang Scripture is already in your bloodline. It will automatically appear when you cultivate the first part to a certain level. Don't you know that?"
