Chapter 27 Don’t Lose Me Again

Hearing Qin Yue's words, Xiang Dongfang's face was full of joy.

"It's been almost a year since I was released, and I can finally go home!"

Sui Yuzhu had already learned from their conversation that they had not been back for a whole year since they left for work.

I'm naturally excited at this moment.

All the tickets were kept by Qin Yue and not given to Sui Yuzhu.

After buying the tickets, the three of them went to a guesthouse not far from the train station and booked a room.

Sui Yuzhu opened a single room for herself, while Qin Yue and Xiang Dongfang opened another.

Qin Yue first sent Sui Yuzhu to the single room on the second floor, and then went down to the first floor with Xiang Dongfang.

Sui Yuzhu looked around the room.

It's very simple. Apart from a bed and a bedside table, there is only a table and two benches.

There is nothing else.

For washing, you have to go to the public sink at the end of the corridor.

Sui Yuzhu only had two sets of clothes, which she placed on the bedside table.

After sitting in the room for a while, Qin Yue came up and knocked on the door.

"Yuzhu, go out for dinner."

Sui Yuzhu quickly stood up and opened the door.

It was already dark outside, so they just ordered some food from a nearby restaurant.

After dinner, they took a walk outside to digest the food and then returned to the guesthouse.

It was pitch black outside, with only a few street lights, so there really wasn't much to see.

Declining their invitation to play cards for a while, she returned to her room.

Just as he closed the door, Qin Yue's voice came from outside again.

Sui Yuzhu opened the door and saw him standing there holding soap and a set of toothbrushes.

“These are all new.”

He bought it specially for her.

Sui Yuzhu reached out to take it and thanked him softly.

Qin Yue didn't stay long. He delivered the things and left.

The public washbasin is in the toilet, with a cement sink and a row of faucets.

There are also two separate shower heads next to it.

No one is using it at the moment.

She hadn't had a proper shower since she came here, so she was naturally overjoyed to see the shower head.

After taking a comfortable bath, I felt refreshed all over.

My hair is washed with soap and it always feels dry to the touch.

It would be nice if there was a conditioner.

However, given her current situation, it's already good enough to have soap to wash her hair, and she doesn't need to be too particular about other things.

After taking a shower, I washed my clothes under the faucet by the sink.

She now only has three sets of clothes to change into, and she has to wash them after changing them, otherwise she will have nothing to change into.

After washing the clothes, she returned to the room, opened the window and hung the clothes outside.

The weather outside is not too cold now, it is just a little chilly in the morning and evening. When the sun is out during the day, the temperature is still relatively high. It should be dry by the time they leave tomorrow.

After hanging up her clothes, she locked the door and prepared to go to bed.

After a day of running around, I'm already tired.

I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow.

She didn't know how long she slept, but she suddenly woke up with a start even though she hadn't had any nightmares.

His eyes moved around the room and he breathed a sigh of relief.

As soon as I closed my eyes, I heard a noise coming from the door.

Listening carefully, there was indeed some movement.

Rustling.

It seems like the door is unlocked.

When she went to bed just now, she locked all the doors and propped a chair against them.

She used to do this whenever she stayed in a hotel.

I guess there is some thief targeting her right now.

Maybe he had bad intentions because he saw that she lived alone.

She sat up and turned on the light, making quite a noise.

Soon, there was no movement outside the door.

In order to prevent the man from coming over again, she simply didn't turn off the lights and slept with them on all night.

Until the second half of the night, there was no more movement outside the door.

He obviously knew he had been discovered and didn't dare to come again.

Seeing that there was no more movement, Sui Yuzhu dared to sleep boldly.

But the lights were never turned off.

He slept until eight o'clock the next morning when Qin Yue knocked on the door.

Sui Yuzhu didn't sleep well the whole night and felt a little depressed.

Qin Yue looked at her and saw that she obviously hadn't slept well, so he asked softly, "Didn't you sleep well last night?"

Sui Yuzhu nodded slightly and yawned: "Yeah."

I didn't say anything else so as not to worry him.

Qin Yue glanced at her sideways, but didn't say anything.

The two went downstairs and went to the breakfast shop next door to have breakfast.

A bowl of soy milk and a fried dough stick.

After breakfast, they returned to the guesthouse, packed their things and prepared to leave.

The train is at ten o'clock, so if they walk to the train station now and wait there for a while, it will be just in time.

Sui Yuzhu brought in the clothes outside the window.

It wasn't completely dry, but it wasn't damp either, so it wouldn't get another set of clothes wet if I put it in the bag.

After leaving the guesthouse, they walked towards the train station.

The train station is not far from the guesthouse, just over two miles away, and it only takes a little over a quarter of an hour to walk there.

Soon, the three of them arrived at the train station.

After the reform and opening up, more people began traveling by train than before.

Although there are still some limitations, it is much better than before.

When getting on the train, a large group of people rushed in, as if if they were slow to squeeze in, they would not be able to get on the train.
