Chapter 8 Don’t Leave Me Alone…

Sui Yuzhu quickly accepted this fact.

Everyone is already here, what else can we do?

I just don’t know if I can see my mother again.

Thinking of this, my nose felt sore and I couldn't help but want to cry.

Mom also said that she would make dumplings for her when she woke up.

I don’t know if I can eat it again in the future.

Now was not the time to cry, so she quickly wiped away her tears, washed her face, and then wiped her body with a towel.

The mountain spring water was very cold, and when it first touched her body, it made her shiver all over.

However, I soon adapted to it.

After washing my body, I put on my clothes again.

As soon as I stood up, I felt dizzy.

She leaned against a big tree beside her and relaxed for a long time before she felt a little better.

However, as soon as I stood up, my head felt terribly dizzy and the trees above my head seemed to be spinning.

She opened her mouth, ready to call Qin Yue, but she fell to the ground all of a sudden.

Qin Yue heard the noise and felt something was wrong, so he turned around and looked over.

Seeing her fall to the ground, he hurried over.

"Are you okay?"

He reached out and gently patted her cheek, only to find that her forehead was terribly hot.

"You have a fever."

There was a hint of urgency in his voice.

Sui Yuzhu, who was already somewhat fuzzy, grabbed his hand tightly as if she had grabbed a life-saving straw, and said in a vague voice: "Save me..."

Qin Yue bent down and picked her up, and his voice came from above her head: "Don't worry, I won't let anything happen to you."

The voice was firm and powerful, which made her feel at ease.

Soon, she lost consciousness.

However, one hand still held his hand tightly.

I didn't dare to relax at all, for fear that he would abandon me.

When Sui Yuzhu woke up again, she was already in the tent.

She slept on the folding bed she lay on during the day, and on the folding bed next to her she lay facing east.

I didn't see Qin Yue. I don't know where he went.

She was so thirsty that her throat felt like it was on fire.

She struggled to get up.

All the bones in her body felt like they were broken and she grimaced in pain every time she moved.

He slowly came to the edge of the tent, lifted the curtain and prepared to go out.

As soon as he came out, he ran into Qin Yue who was about to enter the tent.

Maybe because he had just taken a shower, he was shirtless, wearing shorts, and his hair was wet.

His bronze skin reflected a metallic luster under the firelight, and his chest muscles were strong and visibly firm.

There were water droplets on his body that had not been wiped off yet, and water droplets were still dripping down from the ends of his hair.

One drop after another dripped onto his perfectly muscular chest, and continued to flow down along the grooves of his muscles.

Slide across his abdominal muscles, and then continue downwards...

Sui Yuzhu didn't want to stare, but for some reason, her damn gaze seemed to be out of control, following the drops of water dripping down one by one, all the way down, and stopped at the place where the water droplets disappeared.

She didn't know if it was because he was shirtless, tall, and very strong, but she always felt that he had a sense of aggression.

Qin Yue obviously didn't expect that she had woken up.

He was stunned for a moment, but when he saw her staring at him, he became a little panicked. He took two steps back, turned around, picked up the dirty clothes he had just changed, and put them on again.

"Are you awake? Are you okay?"

Sui Yuzhu quickly retracted her gaze and coughed lightly to cover up her embarrassment: "Yeah."

He buttoned all the buttons on his shirt meticulously, then turned around and looked at Sui Yuzhu.

Sui Yuzhu reached out and touched her forehead. It was still a little hot, but the dizziness she had just felt was gone.

"Can I have some water?"

Qin Yue nodded, picked up his kettle and handed it to her.

After drinking half of the water in one breath, she felt her throat was better.

She wiped the water from the corner of her mouth and handed the kettle to him.

"Thanks."

Thank him for the water and thank them for their help.

If she hadn't happened to run into the two of them in the mountains, she would probably have lost her life right there.

Qin Yue shook his head slightly.

"By the way, I still don't know your name?"

Sui Yuzhu now classified them as "trustworthy for the time being," so she didn't hide it anymore and whispered, "Sui Yuzhu."

After a pause, he added, "Sui means Sui and Tang, and Yuzhu means round and smooth."

Qin Yue couldn't help but chuckle and formally introduced himself.

"Qin Yue, Qin of the Qin Dynasty, Yue of outstanding talent."

Sui Yuzhu looked into his clear and bright eyes, and her nerves, which had been tense all the time, were no longer so tense.

Good-looking people make people feel trustworthy.

Seeing her let down her guard, Qin Yue raised his lips slightly.

"You don't look very old. How old are you?"

"twenty."

After hearing her answer, Qin Yue raised his eyebrows in disbelief, looked her up and down, and shook his head slightly, "You don't look like you're twenty years old."

He looks more like he is sixteen or seventeen years old.

It seemed like he could break that thin arm with just his two hands.

Sui Yuzhu didn’t know how old this body of hers was; she spoke according to her own age.
