Chapter 91: Monitor her?

For lunch, Sui Yuzhu just had a bowl of noodles. As the old lady wished, she did not prepare anything for her.

When Guan Xunfang went downstairs, Sui Yuzhu was eating.

Seeing her coming down, Sui Yuzhu just looked up at her, quickly retracted her gaze, and continued to eat the noodles in her bowl with her head down.

Guan Xunfang didn't say anything to her, just got up and walked out.

Guan Xunfang never came back after she left.

Sui Yuzhu didn't care about her whereabouts. When it was almost afternoon, she prepared the ingredients, packed up her things and went out.

Aunt Wu saw her coming and asked with a smile, "Why didn't you come yesterday?"

Sui Yuzhu replied casually: "Something happened at home."

There is nothing more to say about other things.

Aunt Wu didn't ask any more questions. She continued with a smile, "The woman didn't come yesterday!"

As he said that, he gestured in the direction of the woman selling rice balls. "I don't know if she's embarrassed to come or what."

Sui Yuzhu also followed her gaze to where the woman was standing.

The woman had studied with her for a few days and should have made some money. She couldn't just run away because of this little setback, right?

Before Sui Yuzhu could think of anything else, someone came over.

She didn't have time to think about it anymore and started to get busy.

When it was a little less busy, someone came to collect the stall fee.

You don't meet Sui Yuzhu every day. Normally, you meet her once every two or three days.

Fortunately, it’s not a lot of money, and once every two or three days is an acceptable frequency.

"Yuzhu, do you know that old lady?"

When Sui Yuzhu was busy, she saw Aunt Wu coming to her side, leaning close to her ear and whispering something to her.

Sui Yuzhu kept moving her hands, and when she raised her head to look in the direction Aunt Wu pointed, she saw that the old lady Aunt Wu was talking about had disappeared.

"What kind of old lady?" Sui Yuzhu asked.

Aunt Wu pondered for a moment before saying, "She looks quite elegant, wearing a long skirt. She looks to be in her sixties or seventies, and she looks quite energetic."

Sui Yuzhu looked in the direction Aunt Wu was looking at again, and guessed that the old lady she was talking about should be Guan Xunfang.

I just don't know why she follows me?

Spy on her?

Sui Yuzhu didn't figure it out so she stopped thinking about it. Nothing could stop her from making money.

When it was time to finish work in the evening, Qin Yue did not come to pick her up as usual.

I don’t know if it was delayed by something.

Sui Yuzhu began to pack her things.

Aunt Wu smiled and joked, "Why haven't I seen your comrade?"

Sui Yuzhu didn't feel embarrassed at all, and smiled and said, "Maybe something delayed me!"

Aunt Wu looked at her with a smile and said nothing more, just asked her to go back early.

Sui Yuzhu packed up her things, put them on her bicycle, and pushed it back.

When I got home, I found that no one was at home.

Lin Qingshu and Qin Zhenzhou's get off work schedule is not regular. Sometimes they stay at home all day or the whole afternoon, and sometimes they don't come back until nine or ten o'clock.

But Qin Yue always gets home from get off work around five o'clock. Today he hasn't returned home yet. It seems that he was really held up by something.

She put her things away, went to the kitchen, washed her hands, and prepared to cook dinner.

Just as I finished cooking the rice, I heard voices coming from the door.

"Have you sent grandma back?"

Qin Zhenzhou's voice.

Then, Qin Yue's voice rang out: "I sent her back as soon as I came back."

"Why are you so easy to talk to this time? And not making a fuss?"

Qin Zhenzhou's voice was clearly filled with confusion, and he obviously couldn't believe that the usually difficult old lady had just given up.

It was obvious that she came here this time because she was instigated by others to cause trouble. Why did she leave without causing any trouble?

"What did you say to her?" Qin Zhenzhou asked.

Qin Yue shook his head: "I didn't say anything. As soon as I came back, she told me to send her back."

Seeing that the old lady took the initiative to ask to go back, Qin Yue was naturally happy to do so, and hurriedly sent her back.

The old lady felt a little sour in her heart, thinking that Qin Yue's behavior of driving people away really hurt her feelings.

However, although she felt upset, she didn't show it on her face. She took her things and followed Qin Yue out the door.

Qin Yue sent her home, but he didn't even sit there for a while. He just got up and left.

As soon as I came back, I ran into Qin Zhenzhou who had just returned at the gate of the community.

Sui Yuzhu in the kitchen heard the noise and walked out.

"Yuzhu, I just sent grandma back home and couldn't pick you up." Qin Yue said apologetically.

Sui Yuzhu quickly shook her head. She couldn't do it alone.

But why did the old lady suddenly want to go back?

Will they think that they were the ones who made the old lady angry and sent her back?

After all, Qin Yue had just said that to her in the morning, and the old lady packed up her things and went back in the afternoon. It was hard not to make the connection.

Her sight swept across Qin Yue's face. Seeing that he was staring at her with a smile on his face, Sui Yuzhu was slightly stunned: "Why are you looking at me?"

Qin Yue didn't say anything, but just asked: "Are you preparing dinner?"

Sui Yuzhu nodded.

"What are you planning to do tonight?"

While asking the question, he took Sui Yuzhu's hand and went into the kitchen.

After entering the kitchen, Sui Yuzhu glanced at Qin Yue again, and then said aloud: "I didn't cook grandma's lunch."

I don’t know if the old lady went back for this reason.

But it's not her fault. It was the old lady who didn't want it and asked her to take care of herself. Isn't she quite obedient?

Qin Yue glanced at her and asked with a smile: "What happened to you at noon?"

The Sui Yuzhu he knew was not someone who couldn't tell good from evil. There must be a reason why she did such a thing.

Sui Yuzhu told Qin Yue what happened at noon.

Qin Yue nodded gently: "No wonder you're wrong. If it were me, I wouldn't do it for her."

Sui Yuzhu pursed her lips and chuckled: "I am a little skeptical, is she really your grandmother?"

"Of course, if she wasn't my grandmother, how could she let her do this at home?"

If she wasn't my grandmother, she would have been pushed out long ago when she was making trouble.

After a pause, Qin Yue continued, "However, when I sent her back just now, she praised you."

Sui Yuzhu raised her eyebrows, a look of disbelief on her face.

She has a bad relationship with the old lady and she doesn't even give her food to eat, so how can she still praise herself?
