The company owner's office is located on the top floor.
As soon as Lu Ning and his group stepped out of the elevator, they saw a middle-aged man in casual clothes standing at the door waiting for them.
Seeing Lu Ning and the others approaching, he quickly stepped forward and extended his hand as they walked: "Greetings, sirs. My name is Barak. May I ask what brings you here?"
Lu Ning reached out and shook hands with Barak, saying, "I would like to know all your shipping records over the past few years."
Barak was taken aback, somewhat surprised: "Shipping records?"
He then showed a hint of nervousness: "...I don't know why the commander wants the shipping records? Is it to investigate tax issues? But all my accounts are normal, there's no tax evasion. And this shouldn't be something that the commanders of the Mist Bureau are investigating, right?"
"What nonsense are you spouting? Just take it out when I tell you to!" Song Sinian said, frowning.
Barak, silenced by Song Sinian's shout, replied, "Yes! Okay, I'll have someone send me the record. Please come in with me."
The group entered the office, and Barak asked everyone to sit on the sofa while he made a phone call, asking someone to compile and send over all the shipping records from the past few years.
After hanging up the phone, Barak smiled apologetically: "Because there are a lot of records, it may take a while. Please wait a moment, officers."
Lu Ning nodded: "It's nothing."
Barak quickly brought out his treasured tea and had his secretary brew tea for everyone.
It took a full two hours for the record to arrive.
Barak approached the group with a tablet and handed the records to Lu Ning.
"Commander Lu, this is our record. Please take a look."
Lu Ning took a look and found that there was a lot of data inside, which gave him a headache.
Lu Ning was still not used to thinking about these things, so he looked up at the others.
"Can you understand these?"
Eileen took the tablet: "Let me take a look."
She scrolled through her tablet, then spoke up after a moment: "Five years ago, three tons of goods were sold to an individual user named Salin? Who is this person? Do you have any records of him?"
Barak glanced at it and then said, "Let me ask. There should be customer information."
Barak then made another call to inquire about the situation.
After a short while, Barak spoke up: "We only have that person's phone number and identification information. We don't know his exact location."
Hearing this, Lu Ning raised an eyebrow: "Give us all his information."
Lu Ning paused for a moment, then said, "How about this, you give us a copy of the shipping records and all customer information."
Hearing this, Barak hesitated for a moment, then smiled wryly and said, "But Commander Lu, this is not in accordance with regulations... As you know, this is an invasion of someone's right to privacy."
Shirley said calmly, "This matter involves a disease outbreak, and all civil rights must yield in the face of such outbreaks. You should know that, right?"
Upon hearing that the incident involved a disease, Barak's expression changed, and he quickly said, "No problem, no problem!"
Barak then quickly had all the information compiled and sent to Lu Ning.
By the time I finished, it was already afternoon.
Barak clasped his hands together and asked with a smile, "Commander Lu, is there anything else we can help you with?"
Lu Ning shook his head, then, as if remembering something, calmly looked at Barack and said, "Could you show us around your company?"
Barak was taken aback: "Why do you gentlemen want to visit my company?"
Lu Ning calmly replied, "Just out of curiosity, so what? Is that a problem?"
Barak quickly replied with a smile, "Of course! I'll show you around. Where would you like to go?"
"Let's take a look around."
"no problem."
Barak led a few people out of the office and went for a walk.
The group toured various areas, including the sales area, production area, and warehouse.
Lu Ning carefully checked each area and confirmed that there was no abnormal mental pollution.
He then led the group back.
When Lu Ning and his group returned to the hotel, it was already evening.
Nan Yu and the others also returned from another company.
Like Lu Ning and his group, they also obtained the shipping records and customer information.
That night, everyone except Lu Ning worked overtime to investigate based on shipping records and customer information.
When the next day dawned, they found four of the most suspicious customers.
This includes Salin, whom Eileen mentioned yesterday.
Because there were four clients, Nan Yu divided the entire investigation team into four groups, each tasked with finding one of the four clients.
Lu Ning was assigned to a group with Lin Menglan.
Their target was Salin.
Based on Salin's information, the two quickly located where he lived.
Salin lived in a very ordinary residential area.
Looking at the residential area in front of him, Lu Ning frowned.
Lin Menglan was also somewhat puzzled: "That's strange. Someone who can buy so much stuff shouldn't be short of money, right? Why would they live in such an ordinary place?"
Lu Ning nodded slightly: "You'll know once you go in and take a look."
"Um."
Salin's home is room 302 in building 5 of the community.
After entering the residential area, the two asked passersby for directions and quickly found their room.
Lu Ning stepped forward and rang the doorbell.
After the doorbell rang for a while, Lu Ning heard footsteps approaching the door.
The footsteps stopped at the door, but there was no sign of the door opening.
Lu Ning remained calm and pressed the doorbell again.
