Lin Feng took a closer look and realized that it was Nguyen Thi Mai and Tran San-ti.
He felt somewhat indebted to these two people.
First was Nguyen Thi Mai; the two had barely seen each other since Nguyen Thi Mai became the Minister of Intelligence.
Not to mention Chen Sandi, after arriving in northern Vietnam, she changed her name to Lin Xue and went about her own business. Outsiders only knew that Lin Xue and Lin Feng had an unusual relationship, and that she seemed to be his sister.
“Brother, I brought Sister Ruan Shimei over. Aren’t you going to say anything?” Chen Sandi asked with a smile.
Upon hearing her words, Lin Feng suddenly woke up, feeling a splitting headache.
He looked up at Nguyen Thi Mai, his eyes glazed over, his cheeks flushed, clearly already somewhat drunk.
Nguyen Thi Mai looked at Lin Feng, a sweet smile appearing on her lips: "Chairman, it's been a long time..."
"It's been a long time." Lin Feng forced a smile, then gestured for Nguyen Thi Mai to sit down: "Don't stand, sit down."
“Mm,” Nguyen Thi Mai responded softly, sitting down on either side of Lin Feng.
Lin Feng closed his eyes and leaned back in his chair to rest.
"You're just pretending to be confused. Don't forget about your sister-in-law's matter," Chen Sandi reminded her from the side.
Lin Feng frowned: "I remember clearly, you don't need to remind me."
"That's fine then."
Chen Sandi nodded in satisfaction before turning and leaving.
Before we knew it, the banquet was over.
Nguyen Thi Mai sat quietly beside Lin Feng, saying nothing, her beautiful eyes fixed on him with a spring-like gaze.
Lin Feng seemed exhausted, keeping his eyes closed and constantly dozing off.
"President, should I take you back to your room to rest?" Nguyen Thi Mai asked softly.
Lin Feng rubbed his slightly sore temples: "Okay."
Nguyen Thi Mai bit her lip, got up and helped Lin Feng upstairs to their room, then gently closed the door.
