(4) The 4th Infantry Division of the National League Army: It consists of the 17th Infantry Regiment, the 18th Infantry Regiment, the 19th Infantry Regiment, and the 20th Artillery Regiment.
(5) The 5th Infantry Division of the National League Army: It consists of the 21st Infantry Regiment, the 22nd Infantry Regiment, the 23rd Infantry Regiment, and the 24th Artillery Regiment.
(6) The 6th Artillery Division of the National League Army: It consists of the 25th Heavy Artillery Regiment, the 26th Heavy Artillery Regiment, the 27th Heavy Artillery Regiment, and the 28th Heavy Artillery Regiment.
(7) 7th Armored Division of the National League Army: It consists of the 29th Light Armored Regiment, the 30th Light Armored Regiment, the 31st Light Armored Regiment, and the 32nd Heavy Armored Regiment.
New additions (5 reserve divisions – rear training units):
(8) [Reserve Division] 8th Air Defense Division of the Democratic League Army: Commander Li Weihua, Political Commissar Liu Guangbin, under its command: 33rd Air Defense Regiment, 34th Air Defense Regiment, 35th Air Defense Regiment, and 36th Air Defense Regiment.
An air defense regiment is equipped with 204 AMX-13 DCA self-propelled anti-aircraft guns; a division has 816 guns and a full strength of 8,192 personnel.
(9) [Reserve Division] 9th Armored Division of the Democratic League: Commander Xu Zhiguo, Political Commissar Zhou Mingyuan, under its command: 37th Medium Armored Regiment, 38th Medium Armored Regiment, 39th Heavy Armored Regiment, and 40th Heavy Armored Regiment.
A medium armored regiment is equipped with 10 Renault R-35 light tanks, 20 AMX-13 DCA self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, 64 Renault Char D2 medium tanks, and 100 Soma S-35 medium tanks.
A heavy armored regiment is equipped with 10 Renault R-35 light tanks, 30 AMX-13 DCA self-propelled anti-aircraft guns, 64 Char B1 heavy tanks, and 100 FCM 2C heavy tanks.
A total of 796 tanks of various types, with a full complement of personnel.
(10) [Reserve Division] 10th Mechanized Infantry Division of the Democratic League Army: Commander Sun Haitao, Political Commissar Wu Yongfu, under its command: 41st Mechanized Infantry Regiment, 42nd Mechanized Infantry Regiment, 43rd Mechanized Infantry Regiment, and 44th Mechanized Infantry Regiment.
(11) [Reserve Division] 11th Mechanized Infantry Division of the Democratic League Army: Commander Hu Guangrong, Political Commissar Wang Zhong, under its command: 45th Mechanized Infantry Regiment, 46th Mechanized Infantry Regiment, 47th Mechanized Infantry Regiment, and 48th Mechanized Infantry Regiment.
(12) [Reserve Division] 12th Mountain Division of the Democratic League Army: Commander Li Debiao, Political Commissar Zhao Xiaoning, subordinate to: 49th Mountain Division, 50th Mountain Division, 51st Mountain Division and 52nd Mountain Division.
