………………………………

May 4, 1941.

Sunlight shone through the thick clouds, casting golden rays upon the earth.

Although it's not summer yet, temperatures in Southeast Asia have already risen.

After several renovations, the streets and houses in Laizhou City, which were destroyed by the air raids, have been completely transformed and are no longer in their desolate and dilapidated state.

At this moment, the city's broadcast came on: "Dear people of the National League Army, good morning, good afternoon, and good evening! I am Lin Feng, Commander-in-Chief of the National League Army, and I have an important announcement to make."

Upon hearing the broadcast, people on both sides of the street stopped what they were doing.

They all looked towards the broadcasting station, wondering what this news had to do with them.

The broadcast continued: "Today, in the name of the Commander-in-Chief of the National League Army, I solemnly declare: We officially declare war on the Sakura Country, Vichy France, Hans, and the Chef!"

"Declare war?"

You don't even have a country, so what kind of war are you declaring?

Is this just empty talk?

The broadcast continued, "This decision was not made lightly, but rather after careful consideration and countless concessions and compromises. It is an inevitable action that must be taken to uphold national dignity, protect the safety of the people, and defend justice and freedom."

“Japan, you have carried out a barbaric invasion of my Southeast Asian land, ravaged our land, slaughtered our compatriots, destroyed countless homes, and caused countless lives to perish. The heinous crimes you have committed can never be washed away.”

"Vichy France, you have betrayed freedom and justice, and you have also subjected us to unwarranted aggression and cruel oppression."

"Hans, your ambition to seize Vietnamese territory under the guise of war is blatantly obvious."

“Cooks, you have brutally trampled on human rights and subjected my people to inhumane treatment. This is something we cannot tolerate.”

"We know all too well that this is a difficult and protracted struggle, but for the sake of national independence and the happiness of our people, we have no other choice! Today, we stand at a critical juncture in history, and we shout a powerful cry not only for ourselves, but also for all people around the world who are resisting aggression and tyranny!"
