Granny Meng shouted urgently, "Gangzi, get out of here!"
She shoved the woman away, abandoning this unimportant hostage. The woman suddenly slammed into Xiao Hao, causing him to stumble.
In that brief moment, a gunshot rang out, the bullet struck the wall, sending up a cloud of plaster dust.
Granny Meng rolled to dodge the attack, then immediately got up and fired at Xiao Hao, the leader.
The woman who had been pushed away reacted and kicked Granny Meng in the hand. Two of her men immediately restrained the two Meng brothers.
Enraged, Xiao Hao drew his gun and aimed it at Granny Meng, ready to kill her. "You old hag, let's see how arrogant you are!"
"Mom!" Meng Da and Meng Er shouted hoarsely.
A bloody tendril suddenly appeared beside Xiao Hao's hand and lashed his wrist with a sharp "whoosh".
Xiao Hao immediately felt a sharp pain, his hand trembled uncontrollably, and the gun fell to the ground with a thud.
The tentacles quickly turned to the two henchmen, stretching out and coiling, suddenly tightening around their gun-wielding arms. The two men were forced face-to-face and cried out in pain, dropping their weapons.
After disarming the two men, the tentacles didn't stop. They grabbed their arms, pulled them up, and slammed them against the hard wall with a loud bang.
"Pfft!" Two mouthfuls of blood spurted from the two men's mouths, splashing onto Xiao Hao and his female subordinate's faces and seeping into their suddenly opened eyes.
The two of them shuddered simultaneously and stiffly turned their heads to look behind them.
Zhao Gang stood there coldly, like a god of death. In his left arm he held his daughter, who had an angelic face, while his right hand transformed into a writhing, bloody tentacle as thick as a bowl, standing upright in mid-air with its five-lobed mouth full of sharp spikes, fiercely looking down at them.
Xiao Hao's blood-red pupils widened rapidly, amplifying his fear of the unknown to the extreme.
