The ambulance arrived quickly and took Grandma Gu to the hospital. Jiang Yilai hurriedly called Fu Nanxiao and told Gu Ming'en what had happened.
She blamed herself for leaving the old lady's sight; she should have stayed with her the whole time in that situation.
The old lady was taken to the emergency room, and Jiang Yilai waited anxiously outside, fearing that something might happen.
