Jiang Yilai pretended to be in a difficult position.
"Officer Luo, please don't get agitated. Originally, we just wanted to seek justice for the victim through the law, but he is now stubborn and there's nothing we can do."
Luo Chen said angrily, "How can there be no way? I'll beat him until he tells the truth."

Upon hearing this, the driver perked up his ears, but it seemed that Jiang Yilai had no intention of continuing.

The two finished their conversation and left, which made the driver uneasy. He called out to them as they were about to walk out the door.
"Wait a minute, what did you mean by what you just said?"
He thought the two would answer, but they ignored him completely and walked away, making him even more flustered.
Unfortunately, he was injured and couldn't leave the scene, so he could only shout towards the door: "Attorney Jiang, Officer Luo, come back. I still have some things to explain."
The two people outside the door exchanged a glance, then ignored him and strode away.

"This...this is not your business. Just listen to me, you are the lawyer I paid to hire, so you have to find a way to protect me, otherwise you will not get a penny if you lose the case."
When the driver realized that reasoning with him wouldn't work, he resorted to threats.
