Qi Yuheng arrived at the office nervously upon receiving the summons, fearing that Jiang Yilai's persuasion would fail and he would have to deal with himself.
He had followed Fu Nanxiao for over ten years, so he knew the man's temperament well. If he got angry, he would be in big trouble.
He knocked on the door and saw Fu Nanxiao organizing documents. He cautiously said, "Boss, you wanted to see me?"
Fu Nanxiao nodded casually: "I asked you to come here for two things."
Qi Yuheng swallowed hard, searching for an answer with the same anticipation of a verdict.
"I don't know which two things the boss wants to tell me."
Fu Nanxiao lifted the curtain and glanced at him, then calmly said, "Cancel the shareholders' meeting."
Hearing this, Qi Yuheng's heart, which had been hanging in suspense, finally settled down. As expected, it was his wife who was capable of persuading him. Judging from Fu Nanxiao's attitude at the time, anyone else would have already walked into the line of fire.
"Is there one more thing?"
"You can leave the company now."

Fu Nanxiao picked up a plane ticket from the table and handed it to Qi Yuheng. Qi Yuheng hesitated for a moment before reaching out to take it.
"Boss, what's this?"
"This is your plane ticket to Bali. You've been working hard for the company lately, so you deserve a few days off."
Qi Yuheng looked at him in disbelief. The probability of Fu Nanxiao doing such a thing was about the same as the sun rising in the west.
It's unbelievable that I actually encountered it today.
"Boss, am I dreaming?!"
"The company will reimburse all expenses during the vacation, so just enjoy yourself and relax."
Qi Yuheng almost cried after hearing this; Fu Nanxiao was so considerate.
But after a moment's thought, she felt something was wrong and asked worriedly, "Boss, you don't mean there won't be a place for me in the company if I come back, do you?"
Fu Nanxiao rolled his eyes at him. "You're overthinking it. I don't have that much energy to cause trouble."
Qi Yuheng held up the plane ticket in his hand and said excitedly, "Then I thank you very much, boss. I promise to work hard when I get back."
But before he could be happy for long, Fu Nanxiao spoke up again.
"Of course, I'm not letting you go out to play for free. I still have some work for you to do."
"Okay, I knew it. There's no such thing as a free lunch. Just give me the orders, boss."
Although Fu Nanxiao said these things again at the last minute, Qi Yuheng was not surprised at all. Nothing is impossible with his boss.
"I'll send the details to your phone, just do as I say."
Judging from how secretive he is, it must be something quite serious.
"Then I will await your instructions."
Fu Nanxiao nodded and waved his hand, saying, "You can go back and pack your bags now. Have some fun until you receive my instructions."
Even so, Qi Yuheng was still very grateful and left after thanking him.
Fu Nanxiao returned his gaze to the computer. His next task was to figure out Jiang Yilai's doubts and help her find her family as soon as possible.
Jiang Yilai picked up her drawing paper again, preparing to redraw the two keepsakes from back then. This time, she wanted to find out who was stopping her and, more importantly, to find her family.
