Chapter 1202 Too Many Guilty Deeds

Fu Jiang will be driven crazy by him sooner or later. He is trying to help him get rid of trouble, but he goes and causes trouble again.

Although he was angry when he heard that he had been beaten, based on his understanding of Jiang Yilai, he knew that the other party would not have attacked him for no reason.

So they turned their attention to Fu Junhao, wanting to know what this good-for-nothing son was up to.

Fu Junhao dared not tell the truth, so he could only lie and say, "She looks down on me and thinks that my son and I got to our current positions by shameless means. Besides, she is not the Jiang Yilai of the past."

These words also reminded Fu Jiang that Jiang Yilai is indeed different now than she was in the past.

Seeing him deep in thought, Fu Junhao continued to persuade him: "I didn't want to put you in a difficult position, so I wanted to beg her to let me off the hook, but not only did she refuse, she also had someone beat me up."

Fu Jiang slammed his fist on the table, angrily saying, "She really went too far, completely disregarding me as an elder."

“I begged her not to hit us anymore for your sake, but she wouldn’t listen. She said she would drive my son and me away sooner or later.”

Fu Junhao's actions successfully angered Fu Jiang, making him believe that Jiang Yilai was deliberately provoking him.

"I will personally go to negotiate with them tomorrow and seek justice for you."

"Dad, you don't need to seek justice for me. Just let them go. Now only you can save me."

Fu Jiang may seem fierce to him, but how could he possibly stand idly by and do nothing about his only son?

He had been trying to find a way, and it seemed that only by meeting Fu Nanxiao's demands could he possibly save him.

The next morning, Fu Nanxiao received a call from him asking to meet, but unexpectedly, Fu Nanxiao arranged to meet at his home.

This request left Fu Jiang somewhat bewildered. They wanted to discuss serious matters, so why choose to do it at home?

Since he needed his help, Fu Jiang couldn't refuse, so he had no choice but to go as he was asked.

When Fu Jiang arrived, the butler led him upstairs.

Fu Jiang asked somewhat displeasedly, "Old Liu, what's he up to? Where are you taking me?"

The butler replied, "Second Master, the young master asked me to take you to the study."

Fu Jiang kept a cold face, waiting to see what Fu Nanxiao was up to.

As they arrived at the study door, the butler knocked: "Young Master, someone has arrived."

"Let him in."

The butler then opened the door to let him in. However, when Fu Jiang walked in and saw the old man's portrait, he felt a sudden panic and his steps subconsciously stopped.

Seeing his expression, Fu Nanxiao teased, "Why is Second Uncle so afraid of Grandpa's photo? Could it be that you've done too many bad things and are afraid he'll come looking for you?"

Fu Jiang quickly recovered and managed a few smiles.

"What kind of joke are you talking about? How could you be afraid of your own father?"

Fu Nanxiao laughed and said, "Indeed, what's so scary about one's own father? Logically speaking, your family should have a portrait of your grandfather enshrined. I remember not seeing it last time I went there."

Fu Jiang felt terrified just thinking about this person, so how could he possibly worship him?

But given his status as his son, it is indeed appropriate for him to do these things.

He argued, "My father preferred quiet, so I enshrined him in the house in the backyard."

"It seems that my second uncle is very filial. I will tell Grandma later and ask her to go and offer incense as well."

Fu Nanxiao wanted to see how he would continue making things up, even if he prepared something on the spot, it would still be enough to create distance between him.

Hearing these difficult words, Fu Jiang had no choice but to get to the point.
