As Little Star spoke, he jumped off the chair.
"I'm going to find Daddy and Mommy for dinner."
Wenbo was startled and rushed over, quickly grabbing Xiaoxing and picking him up, placing him on a chair.
"Oh, Young Master Xing! Ninth Master is busy with very important matters, you mustn't disturb him."
Little Star asked worriedly.
"But what if Mommy is hungry?"
Wenbo immediately comforted Little Star.
"Don't worry, Madam won't go hungry. Ninth Master will feed her."
The little star blinked, then felt relieved.

Suddenly, a faint, eerie sound came from the corridor, like the meowing of a newborn kitten... or perhaps the weak sobbing of a woman.
Little Star stopped in her tracks, turned around in surprise, and glanced again at the depths of the corridor.
That seems to be...
Little Star's footsteps involuntarily led him deeper into the corridor, and the faint sound suddenly disappeared, as if what Little Star had just heard was merely his hallucination.
Little Star tilted its head in confusion, pinched its earlobe, and hesitated between staying to continue searching or leaving this place as soon as possible.
A short while later, the sound rang out again.
Little Star finally made up her mind and continued walking in the direction from which the sound came.
