There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone, then Grizzly asked in confusion.
"Boss?"
Pei Fengzhi said into the phone.
"It's alright, go ahead and get back to work."
After saying that, he hung up the phone unilaterally without waiting for Grizzly to say anything.
Grizzly Bear on the other end of the phone was full of questions, staring at the phone for a long time but still couldn't figure it out.
"Boss, what's going on? What do you mean the madam is missing?"

Ye Ningwan subconsciously let out a short scream, raised her elbow and tried to attack Pei Fengzhi's ribs, but Pei Fengzhi caught her elbow firmly.
Not only did Ye Ningwan fail to break free from Pei Fengzhi's grasp, but she was instead pulled even tighter into his arms.
Ye Ningwan couldn't help but tense up.
"Let me go!"
Pei Fengzhi laughed, took her earlobe in his mouth, and spoke with a teasing tone.

Ye Ningwan heard Pei Fengzhi's voice and breathed a slight sigh of relief.

She squinted, stubbornly staring at Pei Fengzhi in front of her, and let out a soft groan from her throat.
"Hmph! Why are you only arriving now?"
She grabbed Pei Fengzhi's tie tightly, pulling him closer to her like a spoiled and proud ragdoll cat.
"Did you secretly run off to see another woman? Or...?"
Ye Ningwan narrowed her eyes and asked provocatively with a cold smile.
"Was it for some other bad thing that you didn't tell me?"
Pei Fengzhi and Ye Ningwan were almost touching lips. He placed a kiss on Ye Ningwan's lips and gently bit her lip.
"How could that be? You feeding me is enough for me..."
His kiss slowly moved downwards, then suddenly stopped at Ye Ningwan's neck.
Pei Fengzhi gently brushed his fingers over a bite mark on the lower part of Ye Ningwan's neck, rubbing it repeatedly until the skin in that spot was almost red. Only then did he ask in a deep, sinister voice.
"Baby, you've finished asking your questions. Now it's my turn to ask you. How did you get the teeth marks on your body and the hickeys on your neck?"
Ye Ningwan stared at Pei Fengzhi with her round cat eyes, suddenly recalling what happened last night, and instantly understood what Pei Fengzhi wanted to ask.
Last night, Pei Fengzhi left teeth marks and some light kiss marks on my body.
She rolled her eyes at Pei Fengzhi, annoyed.
"You have the nerve to ask me? Who was it that was chewing on me like a dog yesterday, leaving me like this, and you still have the nerve to ask me?"
The next second, Pei Fengzhi bit down hard on Ye Ningwan's neck.
Caught off guard, Ye Ningwan screamed and collapsed onto Pei Fengzhi's body. Pei Fengzhi forcefully pressed her against the wall, the immense force causing her to hang precariously on his body.
Pei Fengzhi stared coldly into Ye Ningwan's eyes and questioned her word by word.
“Baby, do you think I’m really stupid? I remember every mark I’ve left on you, which one is there and which one isn’t. I remember it all perfectly.”
His hand gripped Ye Ningwan's neck, his thumb stroking her neck affectionately. He smiled and kissed her throat, a gesture both gentle and dangerous, tinged with a cruel coldness.
Ye Ningwan swallowed hard, her throat bobbing slightly.
She originally thought that the traces would be indistinguishable after overlapping with the previous ones, but she didn't expect that this person could actually tell the difference.
Holy crap! Really?
Ye Ningwan couldn't say that the person who bullied her at the manor last night was Pei Fengzhi, otherwise she would be exposing herself. If Pei Fengzhi turned the tables and asked her why she was at the manor, she couldn't very well say that she had taken on a mission to kill Li Mochuan!
She gritted her teeth and glared at Pei Fengzhi with annoyance.

Pei Fengzhi had gone too far and infuriated Ye Ningwan.
He immediately hugged Ye Ningwan, who was trying to break free from his embrace, and carried her out of the bathroom in his arms.
"How could I bear to treat you like that? But for a disobedient little wife, of course I have to devour her whole."
Both of them were soaking wet, and when they rolled around on the bed, they left a deep stain on the dark sheets.
As the wind blows, the shadows of the trees sway and rustle.
The daylight was intense, and so was the affection.
