Chapter 239 Exercises (1/2)

Ji Juntao did not reply.

Shang Yechu and Shi Shan walked out of the lounge. Shi Shan wasn't in a hurry to get his phone back. He pointed to the changing room not far away and said, "Let's go change our clothes first."

"Hmm." Shang Yechu shook her phone at Shi Shan. "I might need to borrow it again later."

"Keep it there," Shi Shan said casually. "It's not easy for President Ji to calm down."

The two went into the changing rooms separately. The Infinite Club had already equipped the changing rooms with professional shooting suits and safety equipment. Shang Yechu put on a tight-fitting suit and pants, covered it with a shooting vest, wore goggles, and non-slip shoes. He put on earmuffs as he walked out of the changing room.

After I stepped outside, Shi Shan was already dressed and waiting. The club provided a dark-colored bodysuit that perfectly outlined Shi Shan's broad shoulders and beautifully sculpted muscles. His chest rose and fell slightly with his breath, exuding a powerful aura.

Shang Yechu couldn't help but feel a sense of respect. Maintaining such a physique requires years of strength training and aerobic exercise, along with strict control over diet and sleep. It's something that can only be achieved through extreme self-discipline.

Perhaps Shang Yechu's gaze lingered on him for a little too long, because Shi Shan tilted his head slightly and asked, "What's wrong?"

Shang Yechu looked away. "How will we communicate with the earmuffs on? Where's the coach?"

Shi Shan smiled upon hearing this and made a gesture, "Try wearing it first."

Shang Yechu put on the earmuffs. The earmuffs were tight, but fortunately they were very soft, so they weren't too uncomfortable.

Shi Shan said, "The coach will be here soon."

The sound entered my ears, perfectly clear. Shi Shan spoke with perfect enunciation, without a trace of accent, like the distant sound of a bell reverberating into my mind.

What's going on?

"These are Bluetooth noise-canceling earmuffs that can filter out gunshots and only transmit human voices," Shi Shan explained simply.

As they were talking, the coach arrived. He was a tall, burly foreigner with a white beard and green eyes, speaking broken Chinese: "Are you Ye? Let's begin."

The coach's attitude was lukewarm, seemingly unhappy about having to work overtime so late at night. Shang Yechu didn't pay any attention and obediently followed behind the coach to get the gun.

The cool metallic touch rubbed against my palm; the gun was heavy, and the grip had a slightly rough feel.

This was Li Yiming's most frequently used Carkron pistol. It was invented before even Shang Yechu's grandmother existed.

Shang Yechu examined the gun from all angles, even holding the muzzle far away to examine its internal structure.

"Hey!" the coach said sternly, "Ye, watch your step. I'm not responsible if you leave a 'ghost hole'!"

"I'm sorry," Shang Yechu apologized immediately. "I saw the safety lock was closed and thought nothing would happen."

The coach was somewhat surprised: "You don't seem to know nothing about her."

Shang Yechu dared not be presumptuous and cautiously said, "I've only read some of it in books, I'm sorry, Coach."

The coach's green eyes darted around, and he suddenly said, "Ye, let me see your gun-holding posture."

Without a demonstration from the coach, Shang Yechu had no choice but to bite the bullet and try to imitate the postures she had seen in the professional textbooks.

Stand with your feet naturally apart, lean your body slightly forward, tighten your abdomen, shift your weight onto your front foot, and bend your knees slightly.
