A powerful melody suddenly rang out, and at the end of the road, a car slowly drove up.
The beautiful deep-sea blue body, the simple and elegant design, the cool and ventilated structure, the powerful engine sound, and the profound sense of history all come to mind, giving rise to a magnificent feeling of a steel torrent.
"This is the second prize!" Ah Xing said generously, holding out his hand. "If two people ultimately win, the two winning guests can freely choose and allocate the prize between this vehicle and the wind turbine vehicle shown at the beginning of the show!"
The live chat erupted in a deafening burst of laughter!
Amidst the deafening roar of the engine, Ye Chu silently gazed at the old-fashioned tricycle with its peeling paint. The farmer driving it gave her a simple, honest smile.
Ah Xing exclaimed with great enthusiasm, "The village chief's family's heirloom Fengtai brand tricycle! It's a rare find on the market! It's priceless! Although it looks old-fashioned, it's well-maintained, with all the parts in perfect condition, and it can last for another ten years! Fengtai Motorcycle, your lifelong partner!"
Ru Guan is still the same Ru Guan, utterly shameless, inhumane, and a swindler.
Imagine two allies who have overcome countless hardships to finally reach the finale, only to be forced to make a choice regarding the allocation of these two vehicles...
Ye Chu politely returned the salute to the tricycle driver, then whispered to Shi Shan, "Luckily, neither of us won."
Shi Shan raised an eyebrow: "You're not the kind of person who would break up with me over a car. So you think I would?"
Ye Chu shook her head: "It's not a matter of breaking up or not, I don't know how to drive this car."
Shi Shan paused for two or three seconds before understanding Ye Chu's implication, and then burst into laughter.
The van was very spacious and could accommodate eight people. However, this type of van had to be driven by a driver specially assigned by the production team, which meant that one of the eight guests who didn't fit in would have to be squeezed out.
I have no idea who this person is.
Cheng Daiqing stuck his head out of the car window and smiled at Ye Chu, "Little Ye, I have no problem with you. But Director Lu, Editor Zheng, He Xi, and Xiao Shen are strongly protesting that they have to sit under the same roof as you. I can't fight city hall!"
"You've finally gotten your revenge," Ye Chu said, wiping the sweat from her forehead with her sleeve as the weather grew increasingly hot and humid, unsurprisingly smearing her face with mud again. "Can I sit on the roof of the car?"
Cheng Daiqing shrugged: "I really want to say yes, but it might be difficult for the driver to retake the test."
Ye Chu laughed: "Of course I wasn't talking about the roof of this car."
With that, Ye Chu turned around, strode over to the tricycle, and lightly climbed into the back of the vehicle with a light touch of her toes!
"Uncle," Ye Chu said, bending down in the back of the vehicle, "Could you please give me a ride?"
Shi Shan looked up at Ye Chu in the carriage, shook his head with a smile, and walked towards the wind turbine vehicle where Cheng Daiqing and the others were.
Everyone thought he was going to take a car, but unexpectedly, Shi Shan leaned into the car, said a few words, and a short while later, came out carrying a woven bag.
Amidst the surprised or curious gazes of the crowd, Shi Shan, carrying a woven bag, walked to the tricycle and knocked on the outer wall of the carriage.
"What?" Ye Chu crouched down in the carriage and peered at Shi Shan.
Shi Shan held up the woven bag and handed it to Ye Chu, saying softly, "During the third round of the game, I took some time to make some small things. I hope you will like them."
Ye Chu glanced into the woven bag, and a look of astonishment appeared on her mud-covered face.
"Take it out!" Cheng Daiqing peeked out and egged them on.
"What treasure?" Zheng Bohan also stuck his head out of the car window, craning his neck to look.
He Xi asked, "Does this show have props?"
Shi Shan laughed and said, "It's my first time making this, so my skills aren't very good."
Ye Chu's eyelashes trembled, and she reached into the bag to take out the small item.
It turned out to be a flower wreath.
The wreath was brightly colored, with common rural vegetable flowers and wildflowers cleverly woven into it. There were clusters of pale purple flowers, white chrysanthemum-like beggar-ticks, butterfly-shaped lotus-colored bean flowers, golden purslane flowers, and blue-purple iris flowers... These vibrant, ubiquitous wildflowers were strung together by strands of supple and slender iris leaves, like colorful stars adorning a green sky.
The wreath was sprayed with water to keep the flowers' colors vibrant and long-lasting. One can imagine how much care the previous owner of this wreath had taken.
"For me?" Ye Chu asked.
“Yes,” Shi Shan said, “the prize for the champion.”
Ye Chu's hand holding the flower crown trembled slightly. After a moment, she lowered her head and placed the wreath on her mud-covered hair; it fit perfectly. The flowers seemed to have grown naturally from the soil on her head.
Ye Chu shook her head; the flower crown was firmly in place and showed no sign of falling off.
Is it pretty?
"nice."
Ye Chu raised an eyebrow and smiled: "I like it very much. You should get in the car quickly. It looks like it's going to rain."
A thin layer of clouds gathered in the sultry sky. The sun was still dazzling, but a light drizzle, as fine as hair, began to fall.
It was a sun shower.
Shi Shan patted the old-fashioned vehicle, leaned over to the tricycle driver, and said a few words. The driver chuckled a few times, then jumped off the vehicle, leaving his seat empty.
Shi Shan took a long stride, climbed onto the tricycle, and sat in the driver's seat.
"uh-huh?"
Ye Chu's voice wasn't loud, but Shi Shan heard it nonetheless. He turned to look at Ye Chu, the vibrant colors of the wreath reflected in his eyes: "Have you forgotten? I was your accomplice."
Ye Chu was slightly taken aback, then blinked and laughed out loud.
Shi Shan laughed along with her, and the laughter grew louder and louder. Lu Huaizhang stuck his head out of the car window, looked at them, and shook his head: "These two have completely gone mad."
