Gu Li casually placed his hand on the heads of the mother and daughter for less than a minute before withdrawing it.
Sasha's eyes widened in disbelief as she watched starlight emerge from Gu Li's hand. She was actually the Child of Light!
Her pupils reflected Gu Li's pale face and light-colored hair. If it weren't so impolite, she would have asked Gu Li if her hair was dyed.
Sasha held her breath and waited for Gu Li to release her hand before she could breathe again and stammered, "Miss Gu Li, you, you are the Child of Light?"
Gu Li casually withdrew his hand and looked at the sky not far away: "Right?"
Sasha almost grabbed Gu Li by the neck and shook him violently. The Child of Light actually came out to rescue him all by himself, like a lone soldier!
If something really happens, it will be a loss for the federal government!
But the thought only lasted for a moment. The next second, she looked at Gu Li's lively back and the alien corpses they had abandoned, and then it all vanished.
No, it's the alien species that should be afraid when faced with such a powerful opponent who can both fight and heal.
A group of people parked a discarded large bus on the roadside and began wandering around District 7 (X) doing good deeds.
Sasha watched as Gu Li took down one kid with a single blow. It didn't take long for her to go from excitement to numbness, because too many people had died in District Seven.
Along the way, the only people they could save were those who happened to be on the path and were still alive and fighting the monsters.
Many more people were devoured by all sorts of disgusting things before they even arrived.
Gu Li leaned back near the door, her chest heaving as she breathed heavily, glancing at the growing number of people in the car behind her.
She was a little hungry.
This won't do; it's too slow.
The driver, who wasn't seriously injured, took over the job. Sasha sat next to Gu Li and watched her get into the car and head to the next destination before she could get a short rest.
A hint of worry flashed in her eyes.
"Are you alright, Miss Guli?"
Gu Li opened her eyes again, her gaze sweeping over the trusting eyes of everyone in the car, and nodded: "Don't worry, I won't force myself."
In fact, apart from the fact that the excessive activity had depleted most of the energy she had consumed before the activity, she now felt great.
Was it because of saving these people?
The starlight that she used to fill the void of life force in her body should have been almost gone, but it is still plentiful.
There is even a subtle upward trend.
Sasha's words of dissuasion stopped abruptly. With a sigh, she had no choice but to open Gu Li's live stream and take a look.
Sasha glanced at the number of online viewers, paused, and then looked again with some doubt. It was indeed 300,000, and it was still rising.
Now, on the way to the next live stream after the battle, the live stream screen is on the girl's profile as she rests against her seat.
But the live stream was more active than she had imagined.
She's so cute!
[Some people say she's arrogant. No, I think Ms. Gu Li did something I wouldn't dare to do; she's so cool.]
[Although many people were still waiting to be rescued, she really needed to rest; aside from the time spent traveling, she had been fighting.]
[No, am I the only one still in shock? She's actually the Child of Light?]
[I've never seen a truly formidable Child of Light.]
So many people are crowding into this livestream room called "[glsm your dad is here.]", hoping this girl can create more miracles.
They had waited too long on the StarNet; the bloody reality that had been buried in the past was now feeding back to them at an alarming pace.
The attempt to shut down the live stream in the safe zone failed, so they had to urge everyone to avoid watching the live stream as much as possible, and to stop watching immediately and seek medical attention if they felt any discomfort.
But the visible results were minimal, too many innocent people were fooled and killed by Grantham, and countless people were outraged.
All they can do now is try to avoid dying alone on the StarNet.
However, at some point, amidst a sea of gray and blood-red live streams, this strangely named live stream appeared, where a girl with weak genes boldly announced the rewriting of the game rules.
They'd be willing to spend money on us, let alone stay in this live stream room.
Among these comments, some expressing excitement and others sadness, a large number of copied and pasted comments caught Sasha's attention.
Their car was conducting a thorough search along the main roads of District 7. Sasha looked at the comments in the live stream and her eyes suddenly hardened.
"The third building from the left front, apartment 806?"
Gu Li withdrew her gaze from the window, only to have her arm, which was resting at her side, suddenly grabbed. Sasha met her gaze with a hint of uncertainty.
"Someone in the live stream said they could help locate the location of Grantham's live stream!"
"But I'm not sure if that's accurate."
Upon hearing this, Gu Li immediately stood up, picked up the cross, and walked forward, the sword and belt at his waist making a crisp sound as they clashed.
"I'll go and see for myself."
The car stopped downstairs at the building, and under everyone's gaze, Gu Li abandoned the elevator and gracefully climbed up directly from the window sill extending from the building.
Without pausing at the eighth-floor window, she slammed her knee through the glass and nimbly climbed inside, the whole process taking less than thirty seconds.
Sasha breathed a sigh of relief; it was indeed much easier and faster than barging in through the front door.
A moment later, a familiar yet exciting sound of gunfire came from upstairs. Sasha focused intently on collecting information about the group of people in the comments, specifically noting their locations on the map of District 7.
Quickly and roughly divide the order of priority based on distance and degree of urgency.
