Chapter 33 Triumph

This wasn't the first time Isaac had gotten so close to Yunwei.

The first time was outside a cave in the Southern Forest. He wanted to teach the other person the technique of elemental transformation, but seeing that the other person hesitated and dawdled, he took it upon himself to pull the other person closer to him.

The second time occurred during the trial of the "Lost Stone Demon". The dense white fog affected the range of the spell, and he subconsciously moved closer to Yun Wei so that the other party could use the poisonous miasma spell to conceal the two of them.

But this hug is different from the previous two.

He no longer had such a legitimate reason; he simply wanted to embrace his master.

His reason was completely swayed by the surging emotions within him, and those increasingly intense emotions told him only one thing—

Go and embrace his Lord.

So he did just that.

He embraced Yun Wei from behind. The other's slender shoulders pressed against his chest, and his elbows easily clamped the other's arms. Beside his nose was the master's long, fair neck, from which emanated a rich life force, like that of a green apple.

Yet it was also the only scent in his entire world.

He discovered that Yun Wei had turned his back to him without any reservations and was completely unguarded. The black-haired youth in his arms didn't even offer any resistance.

This suddenly filled Isaac with an overwhelming sense of guilt. His forearms and hands, which were loosely crossed in front of the other's chest, froze in mid-air.

It felt as if it weighed more than ten thousand pounds, and it could no longer cross the line.

...

Yun Wei was startled when Isaac suddenly hugged him from behind.

He was enveloped by the rich and clear scent of wood again, and the long-lost sense of security made him feel extremely at ease, especially now that he was exhausted after clearing the dungeon.

He assumed this was just another little trick between straight men, so he let the other person do as they pleased.

Yun Wei patted the other's arm across his face, seemingly unconcerned, and said lazily, "Alright, Isaac, I knew you'd always be there."

Each time, the other party would make a series of promises that made him blush, as if writing a guarantee, and this time would probably be no exception.

Just like setting off a firebreak before the wildfire arrives, Yun Wei chose to say what the other party had to say, leaving them speechless.

After a long while, Yun Wei finally heard a muffled "Hmm" from behind him.

Anyway, Isaac had been acting strangely since evening, so Yun Wei didn't think much of it. He even patted the other's hard forearm across his body and joked with a smile, "Since you're so eager to come closer, I'll just lean back without being polite, okay?"

Upon hearing this, the other party, unsurprisingly, froze for a moment.

Noticing the other person's reaction, Yun Wei curled his lips. He was just joking.

He silently gathered his strength, preparing to break free from the other's embrace, but Isaac beat him to it and gently pulled him backward.

He was already weak, and immediately lost his balance. His back pressed directly against the other person's incredibly elastic chest and abdomen, and he nestled into the other person's embrace in an exceptionally fitting posture.

He was already extremely sensitive, and the other person's gentle breath seemed to be spraying directly on the side of his neck. The tingling and itchy sensation instantly awakened every cell in his body, causing his blood to rush to his head and his face to turn bright red.

If it were just a simple intimate touch, Yun Wei might not have reacted so strongly.

The main reason is that this is his current position, which has been his favorite position for a long time:

When he was still young and full of longing for love, he dreamed that one day he could relax and lean on the other person's arms in this position.

They could be sitting on the sofa watching a movie together, or camping in the wild gazing at the stars together, each supporting the other's weight, and when the passion was at its peak, they would naturally intertwine their necks and kiss.

Stop! halt! Yun Wei! What have you been thinking?!

Isaac's acting strange tonight, are you going to join in his craziness?

Reason always manages to pull back from the brink. Yun Wei bit her lip, her face, turned away from Isaac, revealing a desolation the latter couldn't see.

But the other person leaned closer and whispered in his ear, "Then lean on me, Yun. You don't need to be polite to me."

A dark glint rolled in Isaac's eyes. He finally had a legitimate reason to get close to Yun Wei.

He definitely approached her on his own initiative.

He suddenly realized that it seemed that every time they were close, it was he who took the initiative to bring it to them.

What does this represent?

The silent knight fell into deep thought under the bright moonlight.

"..." Yun Wei silently swore. His heart was racing to an unbelievable degree, and he felt like he was on fire.

He felt that if things continued like this, he might really lose his temper and say something irreversible to Isaac.

But the scars left by his past traumatic experiences are like sacred marks branded by the flames of discipline, always bringing him timely warnings with intense pain at crucial moments.

Let him not repeat the same mistake.

So Yun Wei took the initiative to break the almost romantic atmosphere. He broke free from Isaac's embrace as if struggling out of his own wishful thinking, and then took deep breaths of the fresh night air.

"It's almost 2 a.m.." Yun Wei didn't dare to look at the follower sitting on the ground. He looked up at the clock tower's dial and said in a hoarse voice, "Let's go back to the dormitory."

At this moment, he didn't even dare to call out the other person's name, for fear of revealing even the slightest clue.

He was determined to take the lead with magnanimity, resolutely refusing to look back, and walking ahead with an extremely carefree attitude.

However, he overestimated the fragility of the mage's body.

Having endured so long atop that swaying tower, he had already exhausted all his strength. At this moment, he was so tired that he couldn't even lift his arms, and his thighs and calves were trembling uncontrollably.

In addition, his legs had been sitting cross-legged on the ground for so long that they were already numb. He had been so focused on Isaac that he had lost sight of his own body.

So, as soon as he took his first step, he tripped over the academy robes and fell straight to the side.

The sound of something cutting through the air came from behind.

Before Yun Wei could even scream, Isaac grabbed her around the waist in an instant.

He once again sank into the smoky gray depths of the still sea.

The instant their eyes met, Yun Wei's mind went blank again. He abruptly closed his eyes and, in a fit of despair, commanded:

"I'm so tired, Isaac, take me back to the dorm." His voice was hoarse, his throat seemed to be burning.

But Yun Wei's heart was in turmoil.

Why would Isaac look at him like that...?

Yun Wei had secretly researched a lot of information about homosexuality. One book said that homosexuals rely on eye contact to identify strangers of the same sex and determine whether they are "the same kind".

Yun Wei recalled the first day of school when he hid on the terrace of the second-floor corridor of the clock tower, secretly watching Isaac below. His eyes betrayed his feelings, which was seen by Richard, who was standing next to him, and he was forced to come out of the closet.

That electrifying gaze...

Yun Wei couldn't help but shake his head vigorously; he felt he was just too tired today.

"Don't move." Isaac stared at his master in front of him and said in a deep voice. Even though Yun closed his eyes and stopped looking at him, he still couldn't bear to blink.

The clouds at this moment seem different again; their shy, head-shaking appearance is truly... adorable.

A subtle itch rose in his chest, completely different from the previous bitterness and sourness, yet seemingly of the same origin.

Having experienced countless battles, big and small, Isaac discovers for the first time that he actually has so many vivid emotions, all because of the same person.

The other person's eyes were slightly closed at that moment, revealing the delicate Adam's apple under their chin without any defenses, which made him unable to help but have countless lewd thoughts.

Isaac realized his tone had been a bit too harsh. Looking at the other person's slightly trembling eyelashes, Isaac silently reflected on his words.

At this moment, his hand was still supporting the other person's incredibly resilient waist...

"Isaac, you're despicable," he cursed inwardly.

He ordered himself not to think about it anymore.

Yun Wei, with his eyes tightly closed, waited for Isaac to help him up. He wanted to struggle to his feet on his own, but remembered that Isaac had told him not to move.

He imagined the scene as he, supported by Isaac, stumbled back to his dormitory.

The excitement tonight was too much; he's really exhausted now and feels a bit dazed.

Silence, and more silence. The moonlight tonight is incredibly gentle; even the summer insects seem to be reciting poems of starlight and dreams.

Isaac's arms felt very comfortable. Yun Wei silently added in his mind.

But the next moment, he felt a solid touch on the back of his knees, and he was lifted off the ground, held firmly in Isaac's arms.

In a princess carry position.

Yun Wei instantly regained consciousness, “…”

But actually, if you put aside the psychological shame, it's quite comfortable.

Should we politely try to make an effort? But everyone is really tired, so let's just go back to the dorm first.

After much deliberation, Yun Wei finally gave up the struggle.

He pulled up his hood, turned his head away in a defiant manner, and buried his face in Isaac's chest, his exposed earlobes so red they looked like they were about to bleed.

"Forget it, as long as no one sees it, I'll just pretend nothing happened when I wake up tomorrow," Yun Wei silently comforted himself.

Anyway, I've already embarrassed myself too many times today.

The journey was both short and long. No one spoke along the way; Yun Wei silently counted his heartbeats.

From a rapid, throbbing sensation to a steady, calming beat.

He kept this number to himself, determined not to tell anyone.

Upon arriving at the dormitory entrance, Isaac gently set Yun Wei down, then took out his magic crystal card and opened the door. He gentlemanly held the door open, letting Yun Wei go in first.

But seeing Yun Wei staggering towards his room, Isaac couldn't help but blurt out his true thoughts:

"Yun, do you want to sleep together?"
