再檢查一遍，蕭觀雪發現灰狼體內确實有蠱毒的毒素存留，只是不知被何藥性壓制住了，他又将野狼翻來覆去檢查了一遍，發現狼身腰腹之下有幾處并不算嚴重的傷口。

不過奇怪的是，這傷口處的皮毛似乎染上了一些綠色汁液，聞着有股兒苦澀味，像是某種藥草的味道。

蕭觀雪似乎明白了些什麽，那股綠色的汁液便是壓制蠱毒的藥物，但僅是壓制而已，并不能根除。

而他體內的蛇毒也是如此，思緒翻轉間反倒愈發清明，若是三者中和，興許才是真正解毒的法子。

蕭觀雪立馬将自己的發現告知南嫣。

南嫣若有所思地問他，“所以，你是想去這灰狼栖息的地方看一看對嗎？”

蕭觀雪點頭，“嗯，興許會有發現。” 轉而他又看向身旁的南嫣，目光頓了一瞬，似乎擔心她會害怕，便又補充道：

“那些村民們等不了太久了，你若是擔心，便在這兒等我回來，最遲半天，我一定會回來接你，這樣可以嗎？”

興許連他自己都沒有注意到，此刻的神情有多溫柔，甚至語氣都帶了一絲輕哄的意味。

不過還是被南嫣果斷拒絕了。

“不行，我要跟着你。”

蕭觀雪無奈。

于是兩人商量了一陣，當即決定循着野狼的蹤跡前去查看一番，興許能找到徹底根除蠱毒的法子。

二人循着叢林裏留下的足印慢慢往前，林中雜草叢生，路徑難尋，幸好有蕭觀雪在前頭開道，南嫣這才輕松不少。

往前尋了一段距離，不多時，眼前便出現一處碎石陡坡，兩人大致觀望了一番，确定此處是灰狼栖息的地界，而在那陡坡背面生長了大片碧油油的蛇頭草。

蕭觀雪神情一凝，忽而扯了一把草葉放在鼻尖輕嗅了幾下，繼而又折了一片枝葉含入口中，細細嘗了嘗。

片刻後，他又将口中的殘葉盡數吐出，這才終于确定了，這草确實就是野狼身上的沾到的汁液來源。

想來那幾頭野狼吃了腐屍之後身中蠱毒，誤打誤撞又找到了這片可以壓制蠱毒的蛇頭草，所以時常在草中打滾休息緩解毒素，這才将體內的蠱毒暫時壓制住了。

南嫣将方才拾來的水囊遞過去給他清了清口，随即問道，“怎麽樣了，是有什麽新發現嗎？”

蕭觀雪聞言點了點頭，轉身朝她溫柔一笑，“嗯，我們找到解藥了。”

話音剛落，只聽得耳邊一聲呼嘯，原是那最後一只灰狼覓食回來，身上疼痛難忍，便又學着從前的法子想在草叢中滾上一滾好來治這噬骨之痛。

卻不曾想這兩個家夥竟找到了它的巢穴，灰狼當即呼嚎一聲，兇狠朝着蕭觀雪飛撲過來。

蕭觀雪下意識推開南嫣，自己則縱身一躍迅速朝後避讓，卻不曾想那陡坡經過風吹日曬早就不堪重壓了，表層土塊松軟脆弱。

他剛踩上去，腳下陡然一空，大半的陡坡轟然塌陷，形成一處陡峭山崖，那灰狼來不及掙紮便驟然滾落山崖，甚至連一聲哀嚎都無，身影徹底消失。

這事發生的太過突然，任誰也沒有想到陡坡會在這時突然塌陷。

而蕭觀雪則在塌陷的一瞬間迅速反應過來，猛地伸手，用力扒住了最近凸起石塊，用盡全力才讓自己免遭墜崖的慘狀。

不過這岩壁陡峭，且腳下完全沒有着力之處，蕭觀雪整個人吊在半空中，顯然是撐不了多久的。

南嫣這時也反應過來了，她看向空無一人的陡崖，下意識呼喊着蕭觀雪的名字，聲音帶着害怕。

“蕭大哥，蕭大哥……”

“別哭，我無事。”

直到聽到蕭觀雪的回應，南嫣這才停了喊聲，她小心翼翼靠近崖邊，山崖橫向凸起，因為擔心陡坡還會塌陷，她完全不敢太過用力。

直到走近了，她才瞧見，蕭觀雪一只手緊緊扒在石塊上。

此時他整個人已是面色蒼白，額冒冷汗，指縫間更是鮮血淋漓，眼看着就要撐不住了。

南嫣趕忙伸出一只手遞給他，小心翼翼地說道，“蕭大哥，你把另一只手遞給我，我這就拉你上來……”

倒也不是南嫣真心想救他，只是這村子裏的蠱毒未解，蕭觀雪自然也不會死的。

原文中也有描述，這塌陷的陡崖下剛好有塊突起的石壁尚未完全斷裂，蕭觀雪墜落之後正好落在石壁上，身體也只是受了些輕傷，其他地方并無大礙。

而蕭觀雪此時右手已經有些脫力了，聽到南嫣的話有些猶豫。

但見她堅持，便試探着朝她伸手，二人手指交握的那一瞬間，石塊突然松懈，蕭觀雪身體又猛地往下滑了一寸。

好在他及時摳住了碎石，靠着摩擦之力防止身體墜落，只是掌心早已泥濘一片，似火灼燒一般疼痛難忍。

而南嫣也被拽的面色通紅，整個人趴在地上根本使不上勁來。

蕭觀雪畢竟是個成年男子，她力道不夠，任憑她如何用力，對方的身體依舊是不能往上移動分毫。

如此焦急緊張情況下，南嫣急得眼淚都快出來了，“怎麽辦，蕭大哥，我要怎麽樣才能救你？”

而蕭觀雪見她唇色泛白，手腕更是繃得筆直，若是再堅持下去，只怕自己會将她也拽下來，如此下來，不僅救不了自己，反而還要多害一條人命。

他當即也不猶豫了，直接說道，“放手吧，嫣嫣，我快沒有力氣了，你再不放手，我會将你一同拖拽下來的。”

南嫣等了半天就得了這麽一個回複，當即氣的嘴唇顫抖，眼眶通紅，又因為他這番自暴自棄的話而氣惱地直接哭喊道：

“不行，你在胡說什麽啊，若是放手了，你就直接掉下去了，我怎麽可能眼睜睜的看着你去送死啊。”

“我不會放手的，你也不準松手，聽見了沒有？”

蕭觀雪是真的快沒力氣了，此刻全憑着一股毅力再撐，偏偏南嫣緊緊抓着他不放，他只得重複了一邊，“松手，嫣嫣！再這樣下去，我們兩個人都會死的。”

南嫣只朝他喊道：“不行，我不松，我不會松手的。”

蕭觀雪無奈，“嫣嫣，你聽我說，這坡上的蛇頭草加上蛇毒，應該就是千絲蠱的解藥了，你将這消息帶回村子，村子裏還有其他大夫，應該可以研制出解藥的，若是再耽擱下去，只怕又要死許多人了。”

聽到這話，南嫣臉色蒼白了一瞬，随即又搖了搖頭說，“不行，你別告訴我這些，你是大夫，這是你的責任，要說你自己去說，我是不會幫你傳話的。”

蕭觀雪聞言輕嘆了聲，緩慢松開五指，慢慢開口道：“放……手。”

“不行！” 南嫣瞪着眼睛，瞬間大驚失色，與此同時，更加用力握住他的手掌，“我不松手，蕭觀雪你在做什麽，不許松開，不許你松！”

南嫣急得朝他哭喊，“你怎麽能讓我眼睜睜的看着你死，你怎麽能做這種事，你想讓我後悔內疚一輩子嗎？”

蕭觀雪擡起頭，從這個角度剛好可以看清南嫣的臉，大小姐急得眼角含淚，臉上沾了不少塵土，混着眼淚，臉頰黑一塊白一塊的，看着可憐巴巴。

只是這女子怎麽那麽愛哭呢？

蕭觀雪這般想着，又覺得她還是趾高氣昂的樣子更好看些，尤其是幹了壞事後，一副理直氣壯，倒打對方一耙的模樣，最叫人心動。

蕭觀雪凝視她片刻。

而南嫣見他不說話，便以為對方是想通了，心底稍稍放松了一些，正要說些什麽鼓勵他的時候，卻聽他忽道：

“嫣嫣，你忘記了麽，謝遇還在義莊等着你去找他。”

南嫣聽到這話頓時一愣。

而蕭觀雪也是趁着這怔愣瞬間直接掰開她的手掌，南嫣只覺得手指一疼，猛然低頭，只見蕭觀雪整個人像斷線風筝似的往下墜落。

“不行！”

那一瞬間，也不知她是從哪來的一股勇氣，竟跟着縱身一躍，整個人不管不顧地，直接跟着跳了下去。

而蕭觀雪想過她會哭，卻從未想過她會跟自己一起跳下來，那一瞬間，心神震蕩，瞳孔猛地收縮。

只覺得心底深處某個柔軟的部位被什麽東西重重撞擊了一下似的，心跳越來越快，直到最後，整個人都驚住了。
