Prince Wu calmly replied, "Is Your Majesty planning to kill us all to silence us?"
"What are you trying to do, threaten me?!" the crown prince said.
"Fifth brother wouldn't dare, I just want to tell the Emperor that since it has already happened, let's accept it!" Prince Wu said with a smile.
"I won't kill you! Killing her won't make a difference." The prince said, pointing his sword at Li Weiwei.
"Your Highness, spare me! Your Highness, spare me!" Li Weiwei cried and begged for mercy, kneeling on the ground in fear.
The crown prince walked up to Li Weiwei, pulled her up, and said, "Didn't you want to marry me? Fine! I'll grant your wish now."
"No! No! Tian Yu, save me!" Li Weiwei was terrified, never expecting the usually gentle and refined Crown Prince to act like this.
The Crown Prince grabbed Li Weiwei by the neck again and said, "You dare to scheme against me? You're asking for death!"
Tian Yu was terrified, but when she heard Li Weiwei calling her, she looked up from Zhao Moyan's arms at them. Seeing that Li Weiwei was about to die and was desperately begging for help, Tian Yu wanted to go forward to help her, but Zhao Moyan pulled her back and shook his head. Tian Yu looked at the others, who also didn't want to get involved. Tian Yu shook off Zhao Moyan and ran to the Crown Prince, biting his arm. The Crown Prince looked at Tian Yu in disbelief. Seeing that the Crown Prince still wouldn't let go, Tian Yu used force. Zhao Moyan caught up and blocked the Crown Prince's hand holding the sword, and only then did the Crown Prince shake off Li Weiwei.
Tian Yu released the prince, spat twice on the ground with a look of disgust, wiped her mouth, and helped Li Weiwei up from the ground.
"You dare to bite me! And what was with that expression you just made?!" The Crown Prince angrily tried to step forward, but was stopped by Zhao Moyan, and the three princes also stood in front of Tian Yu.
"What makes you think you can stop me, the Crown Prince!" the Crown Prince said angrily.
"I cannot, but I will not allow the Crown Prince to harm her."
"Are you prepared to become my enemy for the sake of two women?!"
"I dare not! But please calm your anger, Your Highness," Zhao Moyan said.
"Calm down! You all heard it yourself, this woman seduced me first, and now she's trying to blackmail me with the child. She deserves to die!" the Crown Prince said.
Seeing that Li Weiwei was alright, Tian Yu let her rest against a tree. She then strode forward and slapped the Crown Prince across the face. The three princes gasped in shock, and Zhao Moyan glared at her. The Crown Prince, caught off guard by Tian Yu's attack, stared at her in disbelief. His eyes blazed with fury, as if he wanted to devour her, but the others managed to stop him. The Crown Prince, enraged, said, each word distinct, "You dare hit me! Do you know who I am?!"
"I know! So what if it's your prince? I'm hitting you. What kind of prince are you, only good at bullying women? You're clearly useless, yet you blame everything on a woman. Aren't you ashamed!"
"Shut up!"
"I refuse. Since you've slept with her, as a man, I urge you to have some responsibility and accountability, especially as the Crown Prince. If this gets out, won't the whole world laugh at you? The Crown Prince of the dignified Wu Kingdom can't even take care of his own woman and children. He's truly useless!"
"Alright! Since you're so kind as to save her, fine! If Father Emperor agrees not to punish me, I'll marry her as my concubine." The Crown Prince suddenly made a complete 180-degree change in attitude and said to Tian Yu with a smile.
Tian Yu felt a chill run down her spine when she saw his malicious smile. Had she angered him to the point of madness?
“What are you saying? This is your business. You are the one who should take responsibility and find a solution,” Tian Yu said.
"My solution is to kill her."
"No!" Tian Yu reached out to stop him.
“Your Highness, this is inappropriate. After all, she is Lord Li’s legitimate daughter,” Zhao Moyan said.
"Your Highness, please reconsider!" said Prince Wu.
“I also think it’s inappropriate!” said the Third Prince.
"So, what do you suggest we do?"
The group exchanged glances. Tian Yu thought to herself, "Why did I bring them all in? They clearly overheard something about the Crown Prince, and now they're all stuck trying to clean up his mess. Speechless!" Tian Yu looked at Zhao Moyan with some self-reproach. Zhao Moyan reached out and pulled her to his side, saying, "It's alright, it's not your fault!"
"Hey! How about we say that Weiwei has a contagious disease and can't go through with the marriage?" the Sixth Prince suddenly said.
"What infectious disease can cause the belly to get bigger and bigger?" Tian Yu asked.
"Temporary? Let's stall for now and think of a solution later," said the Sixth Prince.
"What should we do if Father sends the imperial physician to examine us?" the Third Prince asked.
"Can the imperial physicians be bribed?" the Sixth Prince asked.
"Are you planning to bribe the entire Imperial Medical Academy?" the Fifth Prince asked.
"Then what do you suggest we do?" the Sixth Prince asked.
"The Chen Kingdom delegation is about to depart, and there's not enough time to prepare everything. Perhaps we should explain this to Father Emperor," said the Third Prince.
"It's you! Do you dare to say it?" the crown prince asked with a smile.
“It can’t be hidden forever; we can put it another way,” Zhao Moyan said.
"What do you mean?" the crown prince asked.
“Weiwei is already pregnant. The Emperor should not punish her for the sake of the child,” Tian Yu explained.
“But then my third sister will have to marry into the Chen Kingdom,” the Sixth Prince suddenly said.
"No! I don't agree!" Tian Yu said angrily.
"Alright! Then what do you suggest?" The crown prince was in no hurry, wiping the blood off his sword and speaking slowly.
When Tian Yu saw his sword, she remembered that there was a corpse lying in the grass. She turned around and glanced at it, then turned back immediately in fright, closed her eyes and said, "Could we deal with him first, and then we can discuss this somewhere else?"
Everyone looked at the bushes, expressionless, wondering why Tian Yu was so afraid. Prince Wu said, "Alright, it's not safe here, let's go back first!"
