When Tian Yu opened her eyes again, it was pitch black all around and she couldn't see anything. Only a sliver of moonlight shone faintly through the window. After her eyes adjusted to the darkness, Tian Yu realized that she was in a dilapidated house with her hands and feet tied. She looked around to see if she could find something to cut the ropes, but all she could find was grass and wood. It looked like a woodshed.
Hearing the commotion inside, the three kidnappers outside discussed the situation. One of them went inside first, while the other two remained at the door. Suddenly, someone burst in. By the moonlight, Tian Yu could see that the person was a burly man. She asked, "Who are you? Why are you kidnapping me?"
"You're awake!? Of course, someone paid us three brothers to kidnap you," the man said with a smile.
"I don't have any enemies, are you sure you're not mistaken?" Tian Yu asked, trying to remain calm.
"No, we've been following you ever since you came out of the teahouse. We can't go wrong."
It's them!
The kidnapper was clearly taken aback and continued, "No matter who you are, you can't escape now!" He then approached Tian Yu step by step.
"What do you mean? You've already taken the money, what else do you want to do?" Tian Yu asked in a panic.
"The buyer wants your life!" The man had already stopped in front of Tian Yu and began to take off his clothes.
"Then what are you dawdling for?" Tian Yu asked, feigning composure.
"We three brothers haven't been with a woman in a long time. Let us have some fun before you die." After saying this, the man had already taken off his shirt and began to unbuckle his belt.
Seeing this, Tian Yu said loudly, "Wait a minute! Brother, you see I can't run away anyway, why don't you light a lamp and we can take it slowly?"
Upon hearing this, the burly man chuckled and quickly went to light a candle. Once the candle was lit, Tian Yu saw the man before her and sighed. If he were a handsome man, it wouldn't be so bad, but his lewd appearance and full beard were unbearable. As the man approached her step by step, Tian Yu adjusted to the sudden light and quickly looked around, hoping for a chance to escape. Could you please do me a favor and help me out?"
"Trying to run?"
"No, even if I, a weak woman, wanted to run away, I couldn't! Don't you think so?" Tian Yu said with a smile, trying to please her.
"That's right!" The lewd man stopped his hand from reaching for Tian Yu's chest, untied her, and seized the opportunity to get up and run away. But the lewd man seemed to have planned it all along. He grabbed Tian Yu's clothes, pulled her back, and slammed her onto the haystack. Tian Yu was dazed and tried to get up and run away again, but the lewd man got up and pinned her down. Tian Yu was so scared that she kicked and hit him, desperately shouting for help.
The lewd man slapped Tian Yu and shouted, "Trying to run away! I'll teach you a lesson today!" Tian Yu was stung by the slap, but she still tried her best to protect herself. However, how could she possibly be a match for a man? Her hands were tied up again, and as she watched her clothes being torn off piece by piece, Tian Yu couldn't help but cry. She cried out in anguish and desperately tried to kick him away, but her strength was no match for the lewd man's actions.
Faced with such a disparity in strength, Tian Yu was on the verge of despair. In desperation, she raised her head and bit the other man's ear, refusing to let go. The man roared in pain and began to beat Tian Yu, but she wouldn't release her grip. Just then, two men outside heard the commotion and stood at the door to inquire what was happening. Before the lewd man could answer, Tian Yu heard a wolf howl, followed by screams from the two men outside. Tian Yu knew she was saved. She released the man, blood trickling from her mouth, but smiled. The burly man realized something was wrong, but before he could react, Mao Rong rushed into the room, pulling the lewd man off Tian Yu. The lewd man, seeing such a large wolf, screamed in terror. Mao Rong angrily bit his leg and dragged him out.
Zhao Moyan, with his white hair, appeared in front of Tian Yu. He knelt down and untied the ropes binding her hands. He took off his coat and covered Tian Yu with it, then wiped the bloodstains from the corner of her mouth. Tian Yu couldn't help but hug him and cry sadly. Zhao Moyan didn't say anything, just held her gently. When Tian Yu stopped crying, Zhao Moyan picked her up and carried her out of the room.
Outside, Jifeng Xuanyu and Maorong had already subdued the three bandits. Zhao Moyan coldly looked at the three men on the ground and said, "Who sent you?"
"We'd rather die than reveal the rules of the underworld," the sleazy man said, rubbing his bitten leg and ear.
"Kill them!" Zhao Moyan said without even looking at them, then carried Tian Yu away.
Tian Yu leaned on Zhao Moyan's shoulder, watching his angry expression, and didn't dare to make a sound. She glanced behind her, but Zhao Moyan said, "Don't look!"
Tian Yu obediently lowered her head again, and when she touched Zhao Moyan's white hair, she found that his hair was loose. He usually tied his hair up, so why was it loose today? Tian Yu couldn't help but steal a few more glances at Zhao Moyan. Seeing that he had a sour face, Tian Yu didn't dare to say anything and could only stay quietly. She must look very ugly and terrible right now.
It turned out that when Tang Yuan learned that Tian Yu hadn't returned after going out that evening, he first sent people out to search for her, but no one could find her. Tang Yuan got anxious and ran to find Zhao Moyan. Zhao Moyan, upon hearing that he had just finished showering and hadn't even had time to fix his hair, led his men out to search. He practically turned the entire capital upside down. Fortunately, Mao Rong caught a whiff of Tian Yu's scent and found her. But when he saw the situation, Zhao Moyan was furious and almost couldn't resist killing the three people with his own hands. However, looking at Tian Yu trembling in his arms, he restrained himself from doing it. He couldn't imagine what would have happened if he had arrived any later.
Tangyuan and the servants waited anxiously outside the door. Seeing Tian Yu return safely, Zhao Moyan carried Tian Yu back to her room in front of everyone. Tian Yu said awkwardly, "Put me down, I can walk by myself." But Zhao Moyan didn't hear her at all. Xiao Tian behind her was glaring at her with fury, especially since she was wearing Zhao Moyan's coat. Xiao Tian watched angrily as Zhao Moyan carried Tian Yu away from her.
After Tian Yu was treated and repeatedly assured that she was fine, with only some scrapes and bruises, Tang Yuan was relieved. It was getting late, so Zhao Moyan asked Qiu Ju to take Tang Yuan back to bed. Only Tian Yu and Zhao Moyan remained in the room. Tian Yu sat on the bed and whispered, "Your Highness should also rest early!"
Why did they arrest you?
"I don't know either. I don't have any enemies here. Maybe they mistook me for someone else!" Tian Yu looked up at Zhao Moyan with an innocent expression. She didn't want Zhao Moyan to get involved in this matter. Besides, he had killed everyone. What clues were there left?
"You've mistaken me for someone else?!"

"What are you hiding from me?!"
"No!"

"No...no...no," Tian Yu said guiltily, looking at Zhao Moyan who had suddenly approached her.
