After Tangyuan and Xiaoju left, Tian Yu came out, picked up a stick from the alley entrance, walked forward, and said to the group of people inside, "What are you doing?"
"It's none of your business. I advise this lady to leave as soon as possible," said one of the young men, who was so dirty that his appearance was unrecognizable.
"You two grown men have the nerve to bully a bunch of kids. I'm going to teach you a lesson today."
“Madam, it would be best if you didn’t meddle in our affairs. We are just a group of beggars, and beggars have their own rules. It would be best if you left.” The one who sat down looked cleaner than the others and seemed to be the leader. He was of average appearance but had a vicious look in his eyes. He was eating an apple as he spoke. Tian Yu was a little scared, afraid that she couldn’t handle these three people by herself. But looking at the children’s pitiful and pleading eyes, Tian Yu mustered her courage and said, “I don’t care who you are or what you do, but you shouldn’t bully a group of children. If you admit your mistakes now and promise not to do it again, I can let it go and be lenient with you. But if you don’t repent, you can expect to go to jail.”
"Brother, I think this little wench needs to be taught a lesson. Don't be polite to her."
"I advise you to leave quickly, or don't blame my two brothers for getting rough with you."
"You still want to use force! I won't leave until you release these children today."
"Alright! Brothers, let's get started. He's not bad looking, so don't hurt his face."
"Don't worry, brother."
As they spoke, the two henchmen bypassed the children and slowly approached Tian Yu. Tian Yu wondered what to do. She had trained in the taekwondo club at school before, but she wasn't sure if she could beat them. Although she exercised every morning, these were, after all, two adult men, holding wooden sticks and pointing them at them. Tian Yu watched their movements closely. One of them, thinking she was a woman, told him to go first, and charged at Tian Yu, rubbing his fists together. Tian Yu steeled her resolve, seized the opportunity, turned to dodge, and simultaneously struck the man on the back of the head with all her might. Before the man could even turn around, he collapsed and passed out. Tian Yu immediately turned to look at the other one. Seeing his brother fall, the other was furious and ready to attack Tian Yu, but their leader stood up and stopped him, telling them to keep an eye on the children and that he would handle it himself.
Looking at the man's disgusting smile, Tian Yu didn't want to waste any more words with him, but he continued, "Young lady, I advise you to put down the stick obediently, and I might be able to show you some mercy and be polite. But if you start hitting me later, things might get complicated."
"Stop talking nonsense and hurry up."
"Interesting. She may not be considered a beauty, but she'll definitely fetch a good price."
As the man spoke, he quickly stepped forward and grabbed Tian Yu's hands, which were holding the wooden stick. Tian Yu thought to herself that he seemed to know some kung fu, but since her hands were being held, she simply dropped the stick and kicked the man in the groin. The man reacted quickly, releasing Tian Yu and retreating rapidly. He touched the corner of his mouth and said, "Interesting. I'm reluctant to sell you. How about you come with me?"
"Keep dreaming!"
With that, the man leaped up, using the walls on either side to appear behind Tian Yu. Tian Yu quickly turned around, assuming a Taekwondo stance, ready to strike at any moment. The man threw a rapid punch, aiming for Tian Yu's face. Tian Yu dodged it and simultaneously threw a punch at the man's abdomen, but it wasn't powerful enough. The man took two steps back, laughing even more arrogantly, and attacked again, this time much faster. Tian Yu could only barely dodge it, and finally, the man pinned her down with his hand over her. Tian Yu thought to herself, "I still can't beat him?" This man's martial arts skills were quite good; he must have received specialized training. The man pinned Tian Yu against the wall and said to her from behind, "Little lady, you're hot enough. I like it."
"You bastard, let me go, or you'll regret it!"
"Really? I'll be waiting." The man said, getting closer and closer to Tian Yu. Tian Yu closed her eyes and looked disgusted, thinking to herself, "Tang Yuan, hurry up and come."
Then came a scream as the person pinning him down disappeared, and his hands were free. It seemed he was saved. Li Xingyun was quick enough. He turned around to thank them, but then saw Zhao Moyan standing in front of him. Tian Yu's eyes widened. Looking behind Zhao Moyan, she saw Li Yong had already beaten the two men black and blue, making them cry and scream. Tian Yu looked at Zhao Moyan's expressionless face and said softly, "What are you doing here?"
"I'm at the clinic," Zhao Moyan said angrily. After hearing what Tang Yuan had said, he immediately came here with Li Yong. They happened to see the man trying to take liberties with Tian Yu, but he kicked him away. However, seeing that the woman showed no remorse, he became even angrier, but he remained calm on the surface, though his hands under his clothes were clenched tightly.
"Oh, what about Tangyuan and Xiaoju?"
“They are safe. With Li Xingyun around, nothing will happen. You should worry about yourself,” Zhao Moyan said.
"That's good, I'm fine, look, I'm perfectly alright." Tian Yu said, then twirled around to show Zhao Moyan.
"Do you know that if I had arrived a moment later, you would have been harassed?" Zhao Moyan said angrily, her voice rising. Thinking about what had just happened made her furious. She gave Li Yong a look, and Li Yong proceeded to punch and kick the group again, especially the beggar.
Seeing this, Tian Yu felt pain and quickly said, "I'm fine! Li Yong, that's enough, stop hitting me, or you'll kill me."
Li Yong stopped after looking at Zhao Moyan and said, "Alright! Sister-in-law, you're lucky. I'll let you off the hook for my sake today." As he spoke, Li Yong found a rope and tied the three people on the ground together.
"Yes, yes, yes, thank you, Madam! Thank you, Madam!" The men knelt down and kowtowed in gratitude.
"You should have informed me first. Do you know how dangerous this is?!" Zhao Moyan said again when he saw that Tian Yu didn't care at all.
