The competition area is the size of a football field. A one-meter-tall robot needs to conduct a cross-country obstacle course timed race simulating an earthquake disaster in the football field. There are several scoring items in one competition: 1. It must be able to intelligently avoid obstacles, including falling iron blocks and stones that simulate collapse accidents, extinguish fires, avoid water, and have the basic functions of standing up after falling into a pit; 2. Detect vital signs in the competition field, draw a search and rescue map after finding them, and send it to the referee's computer; 3. Climb up the temporary hut to carry the dummy to the exit and continuously send positioning information, and the dummy representing the vital signs must not touch obstacles or get into danger during transportation.

In addition, if other innovative features are found, the judges will give additional points as appropriate.

Ning Wenru's team arrived at the competition venue early this morning and tested and debugged the robots they made. During the competition, the contestants only had two opportunities to pause the competition to repair the robots, and the search and rescue robots would act independently at other times. However, a major disadvantage of the mother-and-child robot competition is that the mother robot and all the child robots separated from it cannot hit the roadblocks and flying iron blocks. The competition rules are the same as those for a single robot. If they hit them twice in total, the mission will be considered a failure.

However, since Ning Wenru and his team could release the entire robot team, they had the confidence to avoid all obstacles. Multiple teams of robots worked together to successfully send the dummy back to the exit at a speed that no other team could achieve! And the completion rate was very high. Not only did they put out the fire, they also did what no other team could do - clear obstacles.

In the end, the team won the competition with great admiration. Ning Wenru and his teammates smiled happily as they received the big cheque for NT$200,000.
